I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

The technician was here at scheduled time, he explained to me my issues clearly gave me my options of how to handle it. He answered all questions to my satisfaction. I will probably go with what he suggested.

I reached out to McLoughlin for a second opinion after I was told that I had a major coolant leak. The company who installed my geothermal units and who had been maintaining them, wanted to replace my entire unit. My McLoughlin technician was so knowledgeable. What can I say?Thanks to Hughes Plumbing the house heating system is inoperable. They left a 71y/o Vietnam War Veteran who was later diagnosed with cancer without heat for the rest of the cold season.They were hired to repair a steam house heater, they said it was the piping that was wrong (same piping was there when we bought the house 5 years earlier), they “Repaired” the piping after we took out a loan to pay them several thousand dollars, heat worked for a while and then never came on again.Called almost every day practically begging for them to come check it out. Calls went ignored, any appointment I was able to make were no shows and the reality of them not caring was real.Mr. Hughes you really should do the right thing.I depended on you and your company to fix our problem, and now due to your negligence, my senior father and I have figure out how we will come up with at least 50K to fix the entire system because that’s what was quoted due to the extensive work that has to be done to correct what you and your company did.My father does not deserve this.

I have had issues with contractors and sub-contracts in the past, especially recently with supply chain problems driving prices and availability issues through the roof. George and the team at Green HVAC was incredible. I had a few specific issues and requests. Appointments were easy to schedule. They showed up on time. They were polite and helpful. When I asked for a solution to a humidity problem and had my options explained to me, it was easy to schedule the major work. When the work was done, the instillation was very well thought out and cleanly executed. The level of expertise was visible in how cleanly things were done. Thank you so much for your help!

I have a defective sewer lateral write-up from the city. The repair job involves a lot of street digging before the pipe can be replaced. I am so glad to have found Bart Emanuel & Son for the job.
