Best Filtration System in Philadelphia PA

They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. I highly recommend them if anyone needs a a garbage disposal replaced or faucet sink replaced. Thank you again for all the great work done!

Excellent service from Gymone at Murphy Plumbing! Main water line leaking into my basement. Had to turn water off to the house, was still leaking! Gymone answered my after-hours emergency call immediately within 15 minutes. He fixed the problem and was kind enough not to charge an after-hour service call fee! His professionalism and plumbing expertise really saved the day! Would definitely recommend him and use his plumbing services in the future.

Well, they cleaned out a main drained that was backed up and they did a good job cleaning it, the issue was resolved....but not for long because 4-6 months later I had to pay another plumber to do the same job. The reason for this is that the drain cover was left off (misplaced, I was unable to find it) and after the fall and winter seasons the drain got clogged with leaves and other debris. That should not have happened.

Scott was amazing! He was here quickly and helped to take care of the large clog in our main sewer line. He was kind and courteous. He had nothing but respect for me and my property. He was very professional in explaining the leak issue. The only issue that I had was the overall cost.. How your company came up with the breakdown cost.I felt that it was a little steep.However, the leak was in a area that difficult to fix..But overall I was very pleased with the job.

I am incredibly satisfied with this company. When a leak started in our basement and we didn't know where it was coming from, we reached out. The initial contact (with what I'm assuming was an answering service) was a bit disconcerting but someone else reached out only a few hours later to set up a service appointment. The next morning, someone came out, immediately identified the problem, and sent out the next guy to fix it within a matter of hours. They forgot to replace the cap to the drain out on the sidewalk and someone came by the next day, even after they had already been paid, to remedy it. 10/10 would recommend- responsive, efficient, and show up when they say they will.

Never showed up for an appointment made weeks before and then never called back after asking about the no show.
