I want to thank you all for great service, and for doing a fantastic job providing me with a new water meter pipeline. The staff here are super professional, courteous and thorough. These guys were so great! Super communication, really quick to respond and not a rip off. Our new house was flooding with the recent storms. We thought it was a sewer issue, but it turned out to be a construction cover up we would’ve never been able to guess. So glad we got them to look at it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I have a condo in Fairmount and these guys are the third plumber we've tried out in the past few years. Hands down they are the friendliest and do not try to push you into more expensive repairs!Had some leaks from the relief valve in our hot water heater and the condensation line from our HVAC unit. Tuan came out and looked at it, and gave me my options - the cheaper fix would be to re-glue everything, and the more expensive fix would be to replace the piping. He didn't try to push me either way and let me make the decision. Decided to re-pipe everything, and he was great! Highly recommend and will most definitely use again!

We had Bob out to snake our drain in our home. Upon pulling pounds of tree roots out of the drain, he had informed us that we would need to have our line to the sewer replaced as it was infiltrated with roots. They got the necessary permits from the city, And came out at the time they said they would. We would absolutely recommend them, and will be using them for our plumbing needs in the future.Thanks, Bob!

If you're looking for fast, reasonable, non-pushy plumbing service, this is it. WOW! Mr. Rooter of Glenside quite literally saved our day and they did it FAST. We called Mr. Rooter of Glenside at around 12:30pm today because of a backed up shower drain that was leaking sewage - needless to say we needed help quickly. Sally, who answered the call, was very courteous and friendly, quickly asked for the info on the job and location and let us know she would get someone out between 2pm-4pm to help, if not sooner. I am not kidding you when I say that less than 20 minutes later a Mr. Rooter truck pulled up outside of our house. Kevin was very friendly and came in, walked the house with me to understand the plumbing layout, diagnosed the issue, let us know what had to be done and brought up a very reasonable estimate right away. As soon as we signed off, Kevin and his assistant Sean got right to work and in less than an hour had everything fixed and ready to go. They were clean, polite, and insanely efficient. They didn't try to add-on any additional services or sell us on anything, just fix the problem and let us know they'd be ready to help if we ever needed it again. I am truly blown away by the service we received. We've had some pretty terrible experiences with some other companies we've worked with in the past and going into this I wasn't sure what to expect. Now I can confidently say that Mr. Rooter has a new loyal customer. Obviously the lightning fast arrival and work time shouldn't be seen as the standard, but the fact that they were so efficient and kind really made all of the difference. I cannot recommend this company enough - as I said at the beginning, if you are looking for fast and reliable plumbing services in the Glenside/Abington/Willow Grove area, look no further.

WOW I read the other review and it was the same experience I had I called at 9 am they said they would be their I took off of work missed a whole days pay I called all day long the lady said they will be there each of the 10 times I called throughout the day I was boiling mad I rented a plumbers snake from Home Depot for 47 dollars was easy to use did it myself

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! My family member had a house fire and the contractor hired this company for the plumbing. From day one there were leaks everywhere, pipes not tightened up all the way, pvc pipes just shoved together with no glue. When the latest situation was brought up to them to come out and fix, my family member was told that this was beyond their warranty period and they would need to pay for it and wait multiple days to get on the schedule. SERIOUSLY NEVER USE SAM WEXLER PLUMBING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
