Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). I was charged $125 to remove the stopper from my bathroom sink faucet. I now have to go out and get a rubber stopper as it was not included. They were literally in/out of my house in 5 minutes. Considering that I'm located within walking distance from their location, a repeat customer (3 other jobs) who has recommended their services, this is very disappointing.

I own a 100+ year old duplex in Northern Liberties but am an out of state landlord. One of my tenants reported a plumbing issue, and I tried a plumber who came out and unclogged the drain, but didn't fix the problem causing the backup. I'm glad that I did!The plumber I was lucky to have assigned to this job was Sam. He spent several hours trying to figure out and how to fix the issue, as it was complicated. His communication was excellent, and was on the phone with me several times during the day with updates and inquiries about the construction and history of the plumbing system so as to try to figure this out in the most minimally invasive way. Instead of starting with more expensive options, he worked through possible solutions to try to find a way to solve the problem cost effectively. Sam even called me later that evening to check on everything and to share his thoughts, as he was sincerely concerned.It's awesome to have found a plumber and a company that takes customer service seriously, as it seems to be a dying art. Sam was truly committed to figuring out what was going on and how to fix it, and I feel that I received outstanding service from a very knowledgeable plumber at a very fair price.Anytime I have a problem going forward, I will be on the phone with Best Choice!

As a property manager, I highly recommend Best Choice. Jose and his crew arrived on time, knew what they were doing, had all the permits and communicated with the PWD inspector. They left the site neat, clean & safe. Dana in the office is a super co-ordinator.

I had an issue with my thermostat. It not longer was working correctly. I bought a new thermostat but was having issues hooking it up. I called Edward Hughes & Sons for assistance. They were real nice over the phone. I was able to get an appointment quick. The problem was quickly discovered. There was a wire that was no longer good that connects to the thermostat. They were able to replace the wire and connect the thermostat. They even showed me how to use it and set a weekly schedule. I also had them do a maintenance service to my unit to make sure everything was up-to-date and ok. They changed my filter and gave me some pointers. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great experience and reasonable prices.

Joe is an excellent master plumber. He knows his stuff in and out. I highly recommend him to anyone who has any hvac or plumbing needs. Joe is prompt in his replies and we'll versed when it comes to accommodating maintenance scheduling. I've used Joe numerous times for a variety of installations and maintenance.
