Warren & his partner were professional and knowledgeable in what I needed for my basement and outside drain. He also referred me to another company for something else that needed to be done in my basement.

Dave showed up ready to work. He was able to address and access the issue by just looking at the damage. I was able to resolve the issue the same day and that was a relief. Simple things like flushing the toilet are not really thought of until you can't. Dave's expertise allowed me to understand what happened in my home. They arrive quickly and do solid work. The employees that you talk to and that come out are very nice.Would recommend, mostly for ASAP type services.Biggest con is price; they charge higher than smaller, locally owned plumbing companies. That said, if you need service right away with a price that you can feel confident will not change from the quote then go with these guys knowing you'll pay a little more.

American Drainz was very efficient and offered a reasonable rate, they explained what exactly was the concern, provided cost of materials and reasonable labor.
