Best Garbage Disposal Installation in Philadelphia PA

I was so nervous after getting water in my basement. Splash plumbers addressed all my concerns and guided me through the insurance process so that I would be reimbursed for their services. Our pit bull Rosco (not usually welcoming to strangers) was obsessed with Tim the plumber. Found out the owners have been fostering and donating to animal rescues for years. We couldn't be happier with the service we received.

Michael was at my house less than 15 minutes after I called him. He quickly identified and understood the issue. Jason and Braheem picked up the necessary parts to get the job done and everything was complete in less than 30 minutes. Price was very reasonable. The technician seemed knowledgeable and efficient, but we were surprised by the price once we got our bill. I was charged $49.50 service fee and about $224 for a toilet stoppage clear with auger. The tech used the auger I own, and said there really wasn't any clog. He spent about 10-15 minutes in my home total and said everything seemed fine. After contacting the company, they said they will reimburse the service fee, but there is nothing more they can do. I am sure it's a fine company, just make sure they are up front with you about pricing before they do anything.

The worst plumber, has an attitude charges are outrageous. Do not hire him, he is outright rude. They are many good plumbers out there I made a mistake by calling him. Please you don’t make the same mistake.

Had a very positive experience with Ed. I am a tenant and had a leak with my sink but could not get in touch with my landlord. I called multiple places and Ed responded quickly (within 15 minutes), we discussed and diagnosed the likely problem via Facetime so he would be prepared with the fix rather than having to come back a second day with parts. My landlord had a plumber he used consistently, so we did not end up using Ed's services, but he was very professional, courteous, and responsive and would recommend giving him a call when needed.
