I have to say I was impressed with the professionalism exhibited by the work crews. They re-plumbed the whole house, replaced the tub and shower stall, and fixtures all in a days time. A few days later the drywall specialist came out and fixed all the walls. All through the process I was informed via email and phone calls every step of the way. Their prices were reasonable compared to other quotes I have received from other companies. The only dibbit I can give them is I wish the manager would have kept his word about replacing the old towel rack that was taken out during the wall demolition. I highly recommend Jeff's plumbing and if needed I will use him again.

Albert was very responsive in my time of need when I did not have any water in my house and was in a desperate situation. My home had a defective water heater and +40 year old plumbing that was leaking. He and his team repiped my entire house and replaced the broken water heater quickly so that I would be able to have water in the house for me and my family. We can't thank him enough and would recommend to any of our family and friends.

I called Pat's Plumbing late afternoon on Friday, May 26th. I explained that my 92 year old Aunt's water heater broke. She and her caregiver were without hot water. We were entering Memorial Day weekend and didn't expect any service until at least Tuesday. However, Pat said he would replace the water heater early Saturday morning. He arrived when he said he would and quickly installed the new water heater. My Aunt now has hot water again. Also, Pat's price was the best and he was extremely kind and professional. I just wanted to share what great service I got from Ferran yesterday. I had placed an order for a new cooling system and it hasn’t come in yet. The gentleman who helped me place the order said, if anything happened to my old unit before the new unit came in call them and let them know and they would take care of it for me. ( with a couple of limitations) He couldn’t have spoken more truth! Our old air conditioner did go out on the Fourth of July and Ferran was right there to get it running again. It required a new motor and fan blades and they fixed it for me at no charge. The service guys that came out to work on it were extremely nice and extremely helpful. I’m glad I’ve chosen Ferran to install my new unit as well as reduct and insulate my attic. I highly recommend this company.

Tobias was right on time and got right to work. Totally professional and friendly In demeanor as he gave me confidence and explained/answered all my water heater questions pleasantly and thoroughly. I went with the company based on David Kay’s quick response to my inquiry, his unhurried and helpful info he gave me as I made my decision. In less than a day, Tobias was at my house and now I’ve got a new, up to code water heater and feel safer now that my old one is gone. Reasonably-priced service also.

I ended up spending $200 on a GFI switch that needed reset. We had a plumber come out to fix a leaky sink. It just so happened that the toilet stopped working while he was fixing the sink. My wife asked the plumber since he was already there.
With this place being called tropical plumbing and septic it would be reasonable to assume they would give the septic system a once over before they begin plumbing. NOPE! Just right to the plumbing. After two hours and then pressuring my wife into scheduling a pump truck which would have been another $400, I get on the phone and ask about the septic operation. That is when we discovered the GFI was tripped.
My wife and I both politely called after the service to see what we could do about the additional $200 dollars we were charged that wasn't needed. They wouldn't budge one cent. Their exact words were we sent a plumber out for a sink repair he is not an expert in septic systems. My response was I need to work with a more well rounded company then.
I get that this is just part bad luck, and that the technician wasted a bunch of his time. I would have been happy with even $50 bux off, or even a future credit to the account. I had used this company 3 or 4 times in the past. Now because of their lack of well roundedness, and stubborn attitude, they have lost a customer for life.

No water coming into the house this morning. Called the county who came out and shut of the main so we could get it fixed. Called Pardo on recommendation. 24 hr answering service took our call and we had a call back in minutes and a truck at our house within an hour. Problem fixed at a very reasonable rate. Would definitely recommend!

After being quoted $771 and charged an 89 visit fee to fix a small leak in my attic. I contacted Best Plumbing for a quote and the gave me a quote over the phone and set up an appt. The tech came in promptly on time took 30 min to fix my issue and charged me the same price I was quoted over the phone. I was sooo Happy to find a company that was not trying to over charge me and take advantage of my situation. Thank you for your great service and being an honest company. Definitely will be my to go in the event I ever need any further work.

Service was great and the problem was fixed quickly. Receptionist was very polite getting us on the schedule as soon as possible. The plumber that came out was actually the owner of the business. He saw that it was an emergency situation for us and came himself to fix the issue. If you ask me, that is customer service! Thanks Express Plumbing.

Drain Genie is the best! I just only wish I had found them sooner! I called two other companies that were recommended to me that did not return my calls. And I called another company, which I will not name, who sent someone out that totally tried to rip me off and didn’t even do any work.Drain Genie was professional, efficient, and very affordable. Sunday afternoon, the hot water tank rusted out and flooded the garage. Looked up plumbers not only did the Drain Doctor answer the phone they set up to come out and replace it on Monday afternoon. They showed up on time, the employee Steve was very professional and knowledgeable, he explained every step he was taking. The quote was reasonable and exactly what he said.
