You make an appt., stay home from work, they dont show up OR call, so you call in, operators lie (last job ended up having 2 tanks), transfer you to another operator who gives you another lie (oh the truck broke down).Meanwhile you've wasted a day off of work! Do you want this to be you? Pick another provider, I did!!

Just over a year ago, ProTech replaced my old HVAC system with a continuously variable unit. The system was installed so well that even competitors who've come to try to sell me maintenance services or do related work for me have been amazed at the quality of the installation.After the installation, the Protech team came back to tweak the circulation to two bedrooms at the opposite end of the system. They presented me with several options and clearly demonstrated the merit of each. After they performed the ductwork improvements, those two rooms were very cost-effectively and painlessly made more comfortable.At each stage of the installation, and each bi-annual HVAC service visit, ProTech in-house staff have been very responsive, efficient, extremely helpful and cordial. During each field contact, technical staffers have been careful and considerate of my time and my home (they ALWAYS wear shoe covers while working in the house, just for one example of their attention to every detail).Technicians are also very pro-active in teaching me what is going on with and what is being done to my system.They are also more than happy to show me all the small and large things that I can do to take care of my system in between their service visits.Everyone at the company is consistently very happy to answer any question I may have and respond to any need that I express about any part of the system.Today, technician Velrick was completely comfortable with my looking over his shoulder at every step of the maintenance process. He explained each component as he tested and adjusted where needed.The caliber of this whole company is superlative! Each contact is an education and a pleasure.Each individual is outstanding in their work and in their attitude about customer service. They never have made me wait, they never have made me spend money that did not pay back very quickly in operational cost reduction, and the quality of every bit of their work has always been exceptional!If each other type of contractor and service person I dealt with was half as good as the folks at Pro-Tech, my life and my property would be much better off. From the first interaction to the latest, using ProTech is always one of the smartest and most enjoyable decisions I ever get to make.

We were extremely pleased with the work done by the team from Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond. Their price was reasonable, their people worked incredibly hard, and everyone was friendly and professional. They did a complete repipe of our house in one (long) day and arranged for the inspection and drywall repair very quickly. We would give them the highest recommendation possible and will use them again in the future for other plumbing needs.

Used RePipe Specialist recently to replace our 23 year old polybutylene pipes that my new insurance company didn’t like,(never had a single leak, but poly seems to be a bad word with insurance companies). They came as indicated, the work was done flawlessly, quick and with care. The drywall repairs were done a few days later and was also a great experience. Yes, expect some drywall dust even though they take their time to clean after themselves. It was a big project, but this company made it easy. Their workers were all great, friendly and professional.

Today, I had a disappointing experience with this company. While I understand that prices can vary, what I encountered was unacceptable. Last month, I reached out to Frank Gay for a service, and the work was completed satisfactorily. However, when I requested the same service for another property today, the price was twice the original amount. This was surprising, especially considering it wasn't an emergency call this time. During my conversation with the technician, they even tried to negotiate the price, which I believe shouldn't be the case for standard services. It seemed like the technician realized I was a business owner and attempted to take advantage. While they may get the job done, I strongly suggest exploring other providers in the area who offer honest work and reasonable prices. Therefore, I cannot recommend Frank Gay Services.

Also, tech did not leave my home the way it was found.
