Toby is amazing! We bought a house and wanted to feel confident that the plumbing was in good shape. Toby got us there, with his professionalism, experience, practical advice and recommendations. We bought some fixtures he installed and he replaced all of the valves (stops) under the sinks because they were old and some were stuck. We wanted to prevent plumbing problems later on so that was good advice as a preventative measure. He also installed a new water heater and new toilet with good recommendations that we are please with. And let's not leave out how courteous and friendly he is as well! And clean, MWPP's motto! I requested an estimate of the cost of a new Air Conditioner as well as a replacement cover for the return air and a replacement of a unique duct cover. I was given an appointment with a photo of the gentleman, Richard, would be coming to my home.

Richard examined the existing unit, asked questions relating to my comfort settings, quoted a price and all details, explained the warranty and the free services for a year and promptly set up a date when it would be convenient to install the new unit

Again, I was sent a photo of Danny, who would be installing the unit. Everything was accomplished swiftly and efficiently. He explained everything I needed to know about the unit’s controls.
