Excellent service by Eddie!! We knew we had a leak as our water usage had gone up drastically, but no signs of water anywhere! Eddie arrived on time, listened to our input and went to work. He was very thorough, checking all water sources (bathrooms, kitchen, washing machine and water heater). He eventually found the leak from the line running off the washing machine that goes through the garage to the outside hose access. When the plumber arrived and accessed the area Eddie marked, the standing water was there and the leaking pipe joint about 6-8 inches away!! Eddie is very personable and answered all our many questions. Onpoint and Eddie are highly recommended!!

Had a leak in my wall. Evan came out and took care of it very quickly and professionally. I felt confident that he was in the know from the minute we met. The are very friendly and cleaned up when they left. I hope I don’t have to call a plumber again but if I do I will call Best. They are!

This was my first experience with Shamrock Plumbing and certainly won't be the last. They are punctual and very fair pricewise. Christian came and verified my problem and went to work. He was very friendly , knowledgeable and thorough. When he finished we was very meticulous in his clean up. I give Shamrock Plumbing an easy 5 stars.

I called on the weekend about a problem and I asked to be scheduled for Monday. I was given a time and quoted a price. Carlos fixed the problem and cleaned everything up as if it was just how I had left it. He also communicated with me a few times throughout the day about his ETA to my place according to his other jobs earlier that day so I knew when to expect him. He arrived on time and I ended up paying what I was originally quoted over the phone. I'm pretty satisfied with my experience.

Contacted Kevin with Grace Plumbing after 8 pm with a pipe leak. He was very helpful over the phone and provided a fair quote. He took the time to walk us through what would need to be done and why. He arrived within an hour. Extremely pleased from beginning to end with his service. Will definitely use and recommend in the future!

What a wonderful find! I am a 71 year old grandmother and have lived in my home for over 45 years. I have never written a review for a service before now, but have used reviews and word-of-mouth to guide me when making decisions.

Obviously I have dealt with plumbers in the past; none has been more professional, capable, and caring. The front office keeps you informed about service times and Brad, my technician, actually came back to explain the noise created by a cleaning system that I had installed.

I have used this company twice in the last year and will hire them with complete confidence in the future. I would reccomend them to anyone.

Only company that could come out same day right before hurricane. They were able to temporarily fix problem but unfortunately my pipes need to be replaced. Highly recommend Brad and his crew

My shower pressure was weaker when another shower was running so I called them and they solved the problem the same day.

Really appreciated the brother who guided me with the right decision on our plumbing issue at a new house we bought. I needed a second opinion, they went above and beyond to help us. A technician came out after his normal hours to find out leak, they were patient and understanding of our situation. We were informed of every step and had everything fully explained throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer the phone and always had somebody that could come out if we needed something at a certain moment , they went far beyond what previous plumbers have done and their range and we are forever grateful for their hard work.

We had a major rebuild at our home which required almost all plumbing fixtures to be replaced We also had the house replumbed at the same time. Their plumbers didn't know what they were doing. Our GC had to go guide them the whole way. We tried to get the owner Buddy to meet with our GC but he failed to call or show up. We had no choice but to get another company to finish the work correctly. We also found out that when they did the repiping in the attic that the new pipe was laid on top of the ducts and the ducts were stepped on and completely destroyed. We had to get our AC company to repair the work. We contacted the owner about paying the bill and he refused. We do not recommend this company
