Terrible grumpy men Richard came in 1 hour late. Horrible service. Before I signed he said if I break the floor he'll charge me $295 so I did sign.after that he didn't even break anything. He just listen with machine about 15 or 20 mins and he charged me $295.he didn't even tell me exactly where and what happened. Be hornets people. You guys doing the business better be hornets .

Albert and his crew showed up in the morning and quickly got to work, planned their actions and were absolutely professional. The crew was knowledgeable and made no unnecessary cuts in walls. My house needed repiping and they made it look easy. His team kept me updated throughout the entire process. In addition to his crew, he also facilitated a third party to help with repatching of the drywall. That team was also absolutely amazing and made my day alls look good as new. The only thing they weren’t able to do is paint the walls. They even fixed a door in my bedroom that they didn’t need to do. Overall great experience and would rehire for anything I might need.

I called Pat's Plumbing late afternoon on Friday, May 26th. I explained that my 92 year old Aunt's water heater broke. She and her caregiver were without hot water. We were entering Memorial Day weekend and didn't expect any service until at least Tuesday. However, Pat said he would replace the water heater early Saturday morning. He arrived when he said he would and quickly installed the new water heater. My Aunt now has hot water again. Also, Pat's price was the best and he was extremely kind and professional. Tobias was right on time and got right to work. Totally professional and friendly In demeanor as he gave me confidence and explained/answered all my water heater questions pleasantly and thoroughly. I went with the company based on David Kay’s quick response to my inquiry, his unhurried and helpful info he gave me as I made my decision. In less than a day, Tobias was at my house and now I’ve got a new, up to code water heater and feel safer now that my old one is gone. Reasonably-priced service also.

After being quoted $771 and charged an 89 visit fee to fix a small leak in my attic. I contacted Best Plumbing for a quote and the gave me a quote over the phone and set up an appt. The tech came in promptly on time took 30 min to fix my issue and charged me the same price I was quoted over the phone. I was sooo Happy to find a company that was not trying to over charge me and take advantage of my situation. Thank you for your great service and being an honest company. Definitely will be my to go in the event I ever need any further work.

The service was Awesome!! Nick Murray was professional, prompt, and friendly. He went over everything including price and provided me with other suggestions and advise. He installed a new water heater and left everything spotless afterwards. I will highly recommend to my family, friends and anyone looking for a GREAT plumbing company.Thank you Nick!!

I needed a second opinion, they went above and beyond to help us. A technician came out after his normal hours to find out leak, they were patient and understanding of our situation. We were informed of every step and had everything fully explained throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer the phone and always had somebody that could come out if we needed something at a certain moment , they went far beyond what previous plumbers have done and their range and we are forever grateful for their hard work.

SO FAR - customer service was great. I called and asked for pricing info to service my tankless heater...the very kind lady who answered the phone did not know but took my info and will get some info by the end of the day. They likely won't be able to schedule my non-emergency visit for a couple weeks, so I'll update the review after that happens...
