I discovered from my water bill that there was a leak coming into the house. I called several companies and not a single one wanted to actually work, as this was going to involve digging a trench from the meter to the house to replace the pipe. Jaffe came out and got me on the schedule ASAP. I can't say enough good thing about this company. Great job and a fair price.

On 3/15/22 Joseph serviced our home with a faucet installation in the kitchen. He went above & beyond the call of duty. His service was excellent, professional & informative. He did the job in a timely fashion. We were very happy with the service he provided for us.

We called at 9 am to have a toilet fixed. The supervisor called back by 930 to advise us our service window was between 10 am and 12 pm.

Our plumber arrived and resolved our issue by 1030 am.

I know sometimes it's luck of the draw, but the fact that the receptionist was courteous, was able to give us an estimate ($150-$250) and the supervisor called us back in 30 minutes made all the difference. We never even got a call back from Westbrook.

I'll be calling Herrell for all of our future plumbing needs.
