I contacted Jeff to do a valve exchange in a shower. His technician came out and found that the plumbing was bad and the house needed replumbed. After talking with the homeowners, they decided to proceed based on his recommendation. They did a quality job in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. The homeowner was very pleased with that job.

Based on that experience I had another homeowner who was having issues with an older home where the pipes were leaking under the slab. So again, I contacted Jeff. They came out and provided a reasonable estimate. We decided to use them again.
And again, they provided a quality job in a reasonable time. The homeowner had an issue with a trim cover that was put back on the handicap walk in tub being out of alignment. We contacted Jeff and he sent his technician out and it was taken care of to the homeowners satisfaction.

Albert was very responsive in my time of need when I did not have any water in my house and was in a desperate situation. I called Pat's Plumbing late afternoon on Friday, May 26th. I explained that my 92 year old Aunt's water heater broke. She and her caregiver were without hot water. We were entering Memorial Day weekend and didn't expect any service until at least Tuesday. However, Pat said he would replace the water heater early Saturday morning. He arrived when he said he would and quickly installed the new water heater. My Aunt now has hot water again. Also, Pat's price was the best and he was extremely kind and professional. Tobias was right on time and got right to work. Totally professional and friendly In demeanor as he gave me confidence and explained/answered all my water heater questions pleasantly and thoroughly. I went with the company based on David Kay’s quick response to my inquiry, his unhurried and helpful info he gave me as I made my decision. In less than a day, Tobias was at my house and now I’ve got a new, up to code water heater and feel safer now that my old one is gone. Reasonably-priced service also.

No water coming into the house this morning. Called the county who came out and shut of the main so we could get it fixed. Called Pardo on recommendation. 24 hr answering service took our call and we had a call back in minutes and a truck at our house within an hour. Problem fixed at a very reasonable rate. Had a leak in my wall. Evan came out and took care of it very quickly and professionally. I felt confident that he was in the know from the minute we met. The are very friendly and cleaned up when they left. I hope I don’t have to call a plumber again but if I do I will call Best. They are!

We've used Jeff's twice now. Both times they were wonderful! Kristy in the office was so nice & helpful with explaining the process. The crews were timely and worked hard. Our 2nd time using them was for an emergency repipe & Riccardo helped work us into their schedule so my grandma wouldn't be without water for too long. Dustin & his crew are absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend them enough.

Unfortunately, they were hired by my GC as a sub for the first time to do the complete plumbing job on our new house. I've had nothing but problems. For one they are well overpriced, and now that we need to have our refrigerator water line moved (for a fee) couple of feet to fit our kitchen design, before the drywall hanging stage. They keep ignoring our request after endless phone calls and emails. So we keep having to delay the drywall install stage.

Drain Doctor Plumbers were great. Came to my house on the south side of Orlando with a good response time. They were able to show up within just a couple of hours. Plumber was quick to find the leak under my sink and do the repair. Prices were very affordable.

We had a major rebuild at our home which required almost all plumbing fixtures to be replaced We also had the house replumbed at the same time. Their plumbers didn't know what they were doing. Our GC had to go guide them the whole way. We tried to get the owner Buddy to meet with our GC but he failed to call or show up. We had no choice but to get another company to finish the work correctly. We also found out that when they did the repiping in the attic that the new pipe was laid on top of the ducts and the ducts were stepped on and completely destroyed. We had to get our AC company to repair the work. We contacted the owner about paying the bill and he refused. We do not recommend this company

Trust me when I say you can trust Benjamin plumbing company. Antoine gave me a quote, and he even checked in with the company 2 lower it to my budget. I was adding a 2nd bathroom and their price was $3,000 lower than anybody else. they even let me bring in my own parts materials saving me money. I will use them on my next project home
