When I wasn’t sure what I needed to purchase for my replacement shower valve, Anthony took the time to reply to me and explain what it was I needed. Jeff’s will now be my go to Plumbing Company and I will recommend them to everyone!!

Leo diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes & explained what the problem was. To be honest I did research what he explained and he was on point. We set up an appointment for the replacement water heater and the day of Leo did reach out to inform us he could be there earlier. Him along with another coworker showed up as on time and properly fixed it at a very fair price. I appreciate the patience he expressed while dealing with the elderly. I will definitely use again and recommend to my neighbors/friends.

I called Pat's Plumbing late afternoon on Friday, May 26th. I explained that my 92 year old Aunt's water heater broke. She and her caregiver were without hot water. We were entering Memorial Day weekend and didn't expect any service until at least Tuesday. However, Pat said he would replace the water heater early Saturday morning. He arrived when he said he would and quickly installed the new water heater. My Aunt now has hot water again. Also, Pat's price was the best and he was extremely kind and professional. I just wanted to share what great service I got from Ferran yesterday. I had placed an order for a new cooling system and it hasn’t come in yet. The gentleman who helped me place the order said, if anything happened to my old unit before the new unit came in call them and let them know and they would take care of it for me. ( with a couple of limitations) He couldn’t have spoken more truth! Our old air conditioner did go out on the Fourth of July and Ferran was right there to get it running again. It required a new motor and fan blades and they fixed it for me at no charge. The service guys that came out to work on it were extremely nice and extremely helpful. I’m glad I’ve chosen Ferran to install my new unit as well as reduct and insulate my attic. I highly recommend this company.

Tobias was right on time and got right to work. Totally professional and friendly In demeanor as he gave me confidence and explained/answered all my water heater questions pleasantly and thoroughly. I went with the company based on David Kay’s quick response to my inquiry, his unhurried and helpful info he gave me as I made my decision. In less than a day, Tobias was at my house and now I’ve got a new, up to code water heater and feel safer now that my old one is gone. Reasonably-priced service also.

I got the name of this company off Nextdoor. They had availability the following day of my call, which I really NEEDED. My service tech Charlie was professional and knowledgeable of my toilet, tub drain, seal/ring replacement issue and gave me a really fair quote for the repair. Very Reasonable with no trip charge! The technician in fact arrived earlier than his actual scheduled time and he was able to clean the clogged pipe line. His works looks very professional and we are all very happy. Kevin was very prompt and professional. My toilet was draining to my bathtub.....imagine how that looked. Kevin unclogged my outside drain first. He then removed my toilet and cleaned my line underground. While he was finishing up I called my mom to clean the bathroom because there was no way I was going in lol. However once my mom went in the bathroom while Kevin was speaking with me, She told me he had already cleaned the bathtub, toilet, and the floor. My mom proceeded to say that he was a good plumber because her last plumber left tools and tile in her bathtub. The bathroom was spotless and the toilet didn't have a scratch. I highly recommend Kevin and this company. The price was very reasonable as well.

I used their website to book a repair appointment with a special discount on repair service. I got a confirmation email, and a follow up email asking what the problem was. The following business day I still had no email or phone call in regards to the booking. I called the office and was told they were very busy, and would have to check on availability of a plumbing tech. Several hours later, they have someone, but now there's a problem with the online price. The site is not correct, (big surprise right!). It's going to be more than the price listed online and the email notification. That's without even checking how much work the repair would be. They did go over the pricing finally over the phone with me. I canceled the job. One it was more than I wanted to pay, two if they already changed the price on me once, I'm sure they would change it again after the plumber was here ready to do the repair. Consumer beware, if you want to use them call on the phone and get all the pricing upfront. I have used them before without a problem. I guess it's time to find a new plumbing company.

Quote did not match the price. Company name misrepresented on phone.

Situation:
Called the number of my trusted plumber, Tender Plumbing Care. Phone answered with Hello. No company name.

When I asked for Tender Plumbing Care (TPC), the rep explained that he has their phone forwarded to his cell phone thus the lack of company's name. He assured me he was TPC.

When I stated that I wanted TPC because they are the company who installed my plumbing about 7 years ago, he said yes they had.

My description of the problem:
Likely a Pex pipe leak in the attic near the entrance.

Quote Estimation
Approximately 2 hours. Price for a two hour Pex pipe detection and repair, approximately $300.

Real Repair
Exactly as I had described on the phone: a Pex pipe leak with easy access.

Time required, less than an hour. Price applied, nearly $400. When I asked to speak with the owner about the price overage, he told his employee to knocked it down to $345, but refused to talk with me about it.

Given that there were no surprises about the job, and we completed it in record time, $300 would be generous.

Do not trust this company is owner.
