A plumber was dispatched by Orlando Plumbing within a couple of hours. Travis, the plumber, provided an accurate and trustworthy estimate and service. He had the replacement valves and hardware in his work vehicle and immediately rectified the problem! Very pleased!

Reliance Plumbing is great. They called to let me know the rep was on his way and 10 minutes later he was at my home. He inspected the toilet which was the original installed in the house 31 years ago and suggested it be replaced with a new, water saver one. We both went to the store and I chose a new one which he put in his truck, came back and installed. The whole process took less than 2-1/2 hours and the cost was very reasonable. The rep, Alfonso, was very polite, efficient and a pleasure to meet. I highly recommend Reliance Plumbing.

Albert and his team did an excellent job moving an outdoor water spigot from one side of the fence to the other.

Albert and his team were professional and very courteous. Albert clearly explained what they would be doing prior to starting their work. They were also very careful to try and leave the ground that they had to unearth in the same condition that is was in prior to their visit.

Mitchell has done 'well-baby' checks on my heating and air several times. He is on time, courteous, and clearly explains I hope Mitchell will always be the repairman assigned to my account. The ac fix last spring was done and at a reasonable price. I just signed up for the subscription work for a small monthly charge that will make my upkeep budget very happy.

We had to replace a toilet and shut off valve that were both leaking badly with water on the floor. It was done properly and included removal and disposal of all old components plus trash. The caulking was done expertly, too. The plumber was thorough, very nice and on time. This was our first experience with Harvey Baker Plumbing; we plan to renovate both bathrooms soon and will use them again.

I just wanted to share what great service I got from Ferran yesterday. I had placed an order for a new cooling system and it hasn’t come in yet. The gentleman who helped me place the order said, if anything happened to my old unit before the new unit came in call them and let them know and they would take care of it for me. ( with a couple of limitations) He couldn’t have spoken more truth! Our old air conditioner did go out on the Fourth of July and Ferran was right there to get it running again. It required a new motor and fan blades and they fixed it for me at no charge. The service guys that came out to work on it were extremely nice and extremely helpful. I’m glad I’ve chosen Ferran to install my new unit as well as reduct and insulate my attic. I highly recommend this company.

Our plumber's name was Nestor. He was punctual and professional and was very sociable. He did a wonderful job and was very easy to converse with regarding the issues regarding our plumbing. He represented Roto Rooter outstandingly. I will definitely use Roto Rooter again after the impression he left.

Michael and his assistant provided excellent service in replacing our shower valve. He even found a leak due to poor installation from another plumbing company. We are very satisfied with their service and attention to detail.

Unfortunately, they were hired by my GC as a sub for the first time to do the complete plumbing job on our new house. I've had nothing but problems. For one they are well overpriced, and now that we need to have our refrigerator water line moved (for a fee) couple of feet to fit our kitchen design, before the drywall hanging stage. They keep ignoring our request after endless phone calls and emails. So we keep having to delay the drywall install stage.
