Very impressed with the fast, efficient and successful service we received from Choice Plumbing following a home warranty service request for our water heater. Within an hour of placing the initial order with our home warranty company, Choice Plumbing called to let us know they could have someone over the same day. They quickly diagnosed a problem with a heating element, which was causing the electrical switch to short. The serviceman was professional, pleasant and in and out within 30 minutes. He even left the heating element to show my husband later. We highly recommend Choice for the most painfree service experience we've had in a long time!

we had a warranty issue with our initial water heater that was installed by shamrock plumbing. they went ahead and made the claim with the manufacturer for us and we were able to get our water heater replaced just in time for Christmas. the whole process took longer than I would have liked, but I know dealing with a manufacturer is never easy. we are happy with the service we received.

Came out immediately for a leak issue. Advised that I regrout the shower. Took $145 for this with a smile. I felt ripped off. I normally do not give bad reviews but there was no follow up at all. I went thru a friend and got another plumber who discovered it was an issue with the shower pan with a very easy test. Beware.

Plumber came out and fixed a leak I was very worried about very quickly and efficient. Prices are very fair and they definitely know what they are doing! Highly recommend.
