Best Repair Call in Orlando FL

I had a different septic company come out to try to help with a clog. They couldn't undo it and they told me to call Total Septic. I did and they released the clog immediately with minimal charge. We then decided to pay extra to have our pipes videoed because they are cast iron and septic. Just to make sure no problems. Three days later our system clogs up again. I call the office and spoke to Jackie, Jacqueline? She was INCREDIBLY NICE! I told her about the issue, she sent Alex (amazing!!!) back out and he spent 5 hours not only unclogging the clog, but FOR SURE making sure the drainage field and septic were working correctly (which they were). This is the BEST customer service I have ever had. What an amazing company, HIGHLY suggest this company for all your septic needs AND get the video done JUST in case your pipes are rotting under your house!! FIND OUT NOW!!!! It is a bit expensive, but worth it. Ask for ALEX!!!!!!

I needed to replace a new toilet ASAP. I had company coming (5 adults, 2 children) and I called Lapin less than 24 hours before they were to arrive. Kimberly promised the repairmen could arrive and install the toilet shortly before my company was to arrive. But Kimberly, Antonio and Arden went above and beyond my expectations! Kimberly called me at 7:30 am and the guys showed up at my house 4 hours earlier than the original planned time, at 8 am and they did a fantatisic job replacing the toilet and giving me time to finish getting ready for my guests!! I am so grateful for their consideration, quick response and professional workmanship!! Thank you, Kimberly, Antonio and Arden!!

Called for an emergency call was not able to get me in for that but was able to accommodate me early in the schedule the following morning. Tech was very friendly, fast and made sure to explain everything they did. I will be calling them again if I have other plumbing issues.

I don’t have enough words to explain how wonderful Andrew is and how he went above and beyond to help us with a thirsty rat who chewed our water pipes many times over. He came at all hours and helped us through a very tough time. He was so careful and mindful when cutting into our dry wall and behind vanities. I recommend using him for all your plumbing needs.

We had to replace a toilet and shut off valve that were both leaking badly with water on the floor. It was done properly and included removal and disposal of all old components plus trash. The caulking was done expertly, too. The plumber was thorough, very nice and on time. This was our first experience with Harvey Baker Plumbing; we plan to renovate both bathrooms soon and will use them again.

Modern Plumbing has a wonderful staff. I couldn’t be happier! Kim called me right away to schedule the job and get the ball rolling. Then, Tanya followed up with me a couple of times the next morning to get a technician out to our home as soon as possible. And finally, Victor Rodriguez, the technician, came on time as scheduled and took care of everything for us. Victor was great! We assessed the situation together, and he understood right away what was needed. He was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating, and a very pleasant young man. I just wanted to share what great service I got from Ferran yesterday. I had placed an order for a new cooling system and it hasn’t come in yet. The gentleman who helped me place the order said, if anything happened to my old unit before the new unit came in call them and let them know and they would take care of it for me. ( with a couple of limitations) He couldn’t have spoken more truth! Our old air conditioner did go out on the Fourth of July and Ferran was right there to get it running again. It required a new motor and fan blades and they fixed it for me at no charge. The service guys that came out to work on it were extremely nice and extremely helpful. I’m glad I’ve chosen Ferran to install my new unit as well as reduct and insulate my attic. I highly recommend this company.

I needed the inner workings of all three toilets in my house replaced due to age. I was able to get an appointment quickly and the gentleman who came was very respectful of my home, worked quickly and efficiently. He also was very neat and clean which I so appreciated. The cost was reasonable and done by a well qualified and experienced person. I will call them again with any plumbing issues!

The team from roto-rooter is truly customer friendly and focused. My fear of possibly having a bigger issue was easily fixed by the professional in a few minutes. Very impressive.

Levi did outstanding work in installing 2 toilets. He was very professional and on time- he also calls ahead to let you know that he is on his way. The company overall is very responsive, flexible and very polite. Their info is already saved on my phone for further pluming projects. Highly recommended.

Charles and Charles Jr. Showed up on time the same day as my call and we're very professional. I had booked them to remove a toilet that I thought was broken and to install a new one, however they were able to salvage the original and fix the drainage problem, not only saving me some money from their visit, but also allowing me to return the toilet that I had bought. I am very pleased with Drain Genie and will definitely recommend them to my friends.

Kenrick was very professional, he was excellent with customer services, it started out bad but on my end. I actually had him leave and then called him back, regardless he was very professional even if I was in the wrong. I hope he gets paid well cause he deserves it, he was knowledgeable , understanding and very professional fixed my main line clog in a very timely manner. 2nd time ever using rotor rooter and will use again and recommend.

Unfortunately, they were hired by my GC as a sub for the first time to do the complete plumbing job on our new house. I've had nothing but problems. For one they are well overpriced, and now that we need to have our refrigerator water line moved (for a fee) couple of feet to fit our kitchen design, before the drywall hanging stage. They keep ignoring our request after endless phone calls and emails. So we keep having to delay the drywall install stage.
