After completing a couple estimates in the Orlando area I selected Scott and Associates and I definitely made the right choice. The cost was very reasonable, the Technician was very professional. The job was done quickly and they did a good job cleaning up the work area after the job was completed.

I highly recommend Tj Handyman Home Repair & Remodeling Services. TJ was amazing, he listened to my ideas for the work and produced results beyond my expectations. The office staff kept me up to date on the progress of the job, and the work was completed on time and on budget. The quality of the work was outstanding.

It’s always a good experience working with Reliance. I’ve used them for over 20 years. Today I had a toilet replaced and Alfonso did a perfect job. He’s also very professional and really pays attention to detail. He left the bathroom spotless too! We all know plumbing issues can be expensive, but with Reliance at least you get what you pay for.

Modern Plumbing has a wonderful staff. I couldn’t be happier! Kim called me right away to schedule the job and get the ball rolling. Then, Tanya followed up with me a couple of times the next morning to get a technician out to our home as soon as possible. And finally, Victor Rodriguez, the technician, came on time as scheduled and took care of everything for us. Victor was great! We assessed the situation together, and he understood right away what was needed. He was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating, and a very pleasant young man. Every single person at Ferran has given us excellent customer service. Our salesman Sean explained Everything thoroughly about the unit we decided on and each step that would be taken after that. Came out immediately for a leak issue. Advised that I regrout the shower. Took $145 for this with a smile. I felt ripped off. I normally do not give bad reviews but there was no follow up at all. I went thru a friend and got another plumber who discovered it was an issue with the shower pan with a very easy test. Beware.

I was not able to use this businesses services because they never showed up! I called Monday of this week and it is now Friday. I had to call 3 separate times to speak to the receptionist there and she informed me each day I called back that the plumber would be there tomorrow before noon and he never showed up the entire week. There were no call-backs, no emails, no updates. We will be going with a different company from here on.

I used their website to book a repair appointment with a special discount on repair service. I got a confirmation email, and a follow up email asking what the problem was. The following business day I still had no email or phone call in regards to the booking. I called the office and was told they were very busy, and would have to check on availability of a plumbing tech. Several hours later, they have someone, but now there's a problem with the online price. The site is not correct, (big surprise right!). It's going to be more than the price listed online and the email notification. That's without even checking how much work the repair would be. They did go over the pricing finally over the phone with me. I canceled the job. One it was more than I wanted to pay, two if they already changed the price on me once, I'm sure they would change it again after the plumber was here ready to do the repair. Consumer beware, if you want to use them call on the phone and get all the pricing upfront. I have used them before without a problem. I guess it's time to find a new plumbing company.

What a joke, we were quoted an hourly labor price and after Jon, the technician completed the small pipe leak. He charged us more than triple that amount, when we reached out to the Ryan Plumbing Company, Fermin Renteria responded with “it was a difficult job, so you were charged more.” If it were such a challenging repair, why did it only take an hour to complete? Lead with, “this repair will cost you triple our labor cost!” Instead of the bait and switch. Will absolutely never do business with them or recommend. Too many honest companies out here to deal with this sort of dishonesty.
