Best Plumbing Service Call in Orlando FL

Up until my last service call a few weeks ago, I had nothing but great things to say about this company. I called them to my home to drain my septic tank and based on their service and the handling of resolving my issue, if I could give this company a 0 or no stars, that is what I would give them. The person came out to drain my tank was at my home for less than an hour. Within 30 minutes after he left, I went to go and look at my “empty tank”. The tank was so full, it was as if it was never pumped.

I reached out to the driver to return. Although he said he would, he never showed up. I called the office and spoke of multiple levels of management. I had video and pictures of my tank still being full as of that day. The answer to resolve my issue was, we stand by our driver and he said he pumped your tank.

It’s been a few weeks since they were at my house. I gave them this much time to either come back and provide me with the service I paid for or give me a refund. They stated they will do neither. My advice to the next customer is, do not do business with this company unless you are willing to stand over them and watch them complete their work....

I will never do business with this company ever again.

I needed to get the water shut down to the house in an emergency and several other plumbing companies said that they could be there the next day , not really an option in an emergency. Reliance came out and took care of the problem in a efficient, professional manner. I would call Reliance first next time that I need a plumber.

We ended up with Choice Plumbing after making a American Home Shield Claim due to a leak at the base of our toilet and gurgling toilets and slow drain showers. Choice Plumbing was very helpful and sent a tech out withing 24 hours. Rick our tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. He filled me in on my sewer blockage and what would need to be done. He also ran the line and pulled roots (in the shape of the sewer line) out of the outside drain. His good humor and professionalism was quite exceptional. And any time moving forward I need any plumbing work I will definitely call Choice Plumbing. Thanks Rick!

Our plumber's name was Nestor. He was punctual and professional and was very sociable. He did a wonderful job and was very easy to converse with regarding the issues regarding our plumbing. He represented Roto Rooter outstandingly. I will definitely use Roto Rooter again after the impression he left.

My experience with Shamrock Plumbing was a dream come true. They were knowledgeable, professional, friendly and made what seemed a pain a pleasant experience. They were on time, explained the process so it was easy to understand and cleaned up the mess of the drywall to our satisfaction. I would recommend them highly for a re-plumb.

This was by far the smoothest process I have experienced with home repair. Plumber, Kevin Holmes, was very professional, personable, & efficient!!! I would highly recommend this gentlemen for any of your plumbing needs. Did a lot of work within a reasonable amount of time ( less than 1 hour). He replaced the garbage disposal and replaced some piping under the kitchen sink. Excellent service!

Kenrick was very professional, he was excellent with customer services, it started out bad but on my end. I actually had him leave and then called him back, regardless he was very professional even if I was in the wrong. I hope he gets paid well cause he deserves it, he was knowledgeable , understanding and very professional fixed my main line clog in a very timely manner. 2nd time ever using rotor rooter and will use again and recommend.

Came out immediately for a leak issue. Advised that I regrout the shower. Took $145 for this with a smile. I felt ripped off. I normally do not give bad reviews but there was no follow up at all. I went thru a friend and got another plumber who discovered it was an issue with the shower pan with a very easy test. Beware.

Gabby is the highest quality of craftsman you can find anywhere ! Whether it be plumbing, tile work, or carpentry, you won't be disappointed with anything he works on in your home or office. I used his services for 25 + years.

I do not advise this company. After everything is agreed Jorge does not meet the deadline to start and does not answer any more calls. I will look for another company to do my job.
