Saved my day! Had a backed up sewer line with raw sewage in my showers and my leasing company refused my emergency and told me to wait until business hours. Not good enough. In less than an hour Alberto from Reliance was at my house, was able to quickly diagnose the problem and give me an estimate to fix the problem. I have never been so confident in a plumbing tech before. In the future I will be requesting this company any time I have an issue.

Quick to answer and showed up when he said he would. Had bad experiences with other companies but our tech was efficient and quick to make the fix.

I got the name of this company off Nextdoor. They had availability the following day of my call, which I really NEEDED. My service tech Charlie was professional and knowledgeable of my toilet, tub drain, seal/ring replacement issue and gave me a really fair quote for the repair. Very Reasonable with no trip charge! I've waited a couple of weeks to write this review to see if I had any problems. The only problem was a small leak that we found the night of the re-pipe. Shamrock was out first thing the next day to fix before the sheetrock came to repair the walls (that guy is fantastic on repairing the walls also). The crew was great, very well organized with each member knowing their job, onsite supervisor who verified and checked everybody's work, and very attentive to small details to ensure everything worked properly. Re-pipe from the meter to house, re-pipe of the entire house, and a new hot water heater. Best company I've dealt with for any work on the house!

Michael and his assistant provided excellent service in replacing our shower valve. He even found a leak due to poor installation from another plumbing company. We are very satisfied with their service and attention to detail.

Leo did a great job fixing my leaking tub faucet cleanly, thoroughly, and correctly. He used an OEM part replacement that he had on hand to fix my valve. I appreciated his explanations and learned a good amount too. He even caulked some old unused pipes left by a previous contractor, even though it had nothing to do with my leaking faucet.

Over the past weekend my AC system stopped working. With the heat wave we are currently experiencing and family coming to visit I needed to make sure that our system was back up and running. I needed a second opinion, they went above and beyond to help us. A technician came out after his normal hours to find out leak, they were patient and understanding of our situation. We were informed of every step and had everything fully explained throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer the phone and always had somebody that could come out if we needed something at a certain moment , they went far beyond what previous plumbers have done and their range and we are forever grateful for their hard work.

SO FAR - customer service was great. I called and asked for pricing info to service my tankless heater...the very kind lady who answered the phone did not know but took my info and will get some info by the end of the day. They likely won't be able to schedule my non-emergency visit for a couple weeks, so I'll update the review after that happens...
