My neighbor recommended this company to clean out my septic tank. James came out and completed the service. He was very informative and professional. The lid for the tank was in my plant beds. James was able to complete the job without issues even though part of my sprinkler system was over the tank lid. He replaced all the dirt and decorative rocks, leaving the plant bed in the same condition he found it in. Very impressed! I will be using this company again in 3 to 5 years! I would definitely recommend them to others!

Just called them. Guy answers sounding like I interrupted him. I said I was a return customer who needed a pump out. Guy says 'Hold on' (nothing else). And no one ever came back to the phone. Twenty minutes of music and a recorded announcer telling me how sorry they were that I was still on hold (me too!) What has happened to Lapin?

We had to replace a toilet and shut off valve that were both leaking badly with water on the floor. It was done properly and included removal and disposal of all old components plus trash. The caulking was done expertly, too. The plumber was thorough, very nice and on time. This was our first experience with Harvey Baker Plumbing; we plan to renovate both bathrooms soon and will use them again.

We called Brownies septic and plumbing on a Sunday for a Emergency Call for totally backed up plumbing. I made the call for my Aunt and Mother In Law who live together in a one toilet house. The response we got was very unprofessional. Don't say you have 24 hour service when you can't back that up, will not recommend them.

The team at Johnny Gibson Plumbing was amazing. There were very responsive and knowledgeable. They replaced my garbage disposal in no time. Definitely using them again.

Workers are not properly trained to do their job correctly and fail to uncap the street valves on your yard to release air. That causes water eruption in the toilets of homes. We called to complain and spoke to Mr, Walker who was very rude and unprofessional. The company has no accountability. Find another company who cares and is more professional.
