Memphis came out Thursday night and was incredible. Everyone has been so kind thus far, until I spoke to Kristy, the plumbing assistant this afternoon. I don’t want to give a one star review because I don’t want this to reflect on the whole company, but Kristy was very rude, defensive, wouldn’t let me finish my sentences, and said “you can be placed on hold” while I was in the middle of talking all because I asked a question. If she answers the phone, please ask to talk to anyone else, because her attitude really doesn’t represent everyone else we have talked to here, just her.
