You won't use another plumber after using Scott and associates. The Technician was Richard and he's very professional and explain what action he was taking step by step. I needed a Re-pipe done and the job takes him less than a day to complete. What I loved most is that he left the work area clean and their prices are affordable

One of the best in central Florida

It’s always a good experience working with Reliance. I’ve used them for over 20 years. Today I had a toilet replaced and Alfonso did a perfect job. He’s also very professional and really pays attention to detail. He left the bathroom spotless too! We all know plumbing issues can be expensive, but with Reliance at least you get what you pay for.

Highly recommend using this company for all your plumbing needs as they are very reliable and get the job done beautifully and in a timely manner!

Excellent service by Eddie!! We knew we had a leak as our water usage had gone up drastically, but no signs of water anywhere! Eddie arrived on time, listened to our input and went to work. He was very thorough, checking all water sources (bathrooms, kitchen, washing machine and water heater). He eventually found the leak from the line running off the washing machine that goes through the garage to the outside hose access. When the plumber arrived and accessed the area Eddie marked, the standing water was there and the leaking pipe joint about 6-8 inches away!! Eddie is very personable and answered all our many questions. Onpoint and Eddie are highly recommended!!

Marion was very helpful. He eased our mind that we did not have a leak in our house. That the sound we were hearing was actually an echo through our pipes from the water break up the street from us. Mario was super knowledgeable and helpful.

I got the name of this company off Nextdoor. They had availability the following day of my call, which I really NEEDED. My service tech Charlie was professional and knowledgeable of my toilet, tub drain, seal/ring replacement issue and gave me a really fair quote for the repair. Very Reasonable with no trip charge! Shamrock came in and did a fantastic job with our repiping. They explained what we needed to do, what they would do and did exactly what they said they would and in a timely manner. I am so pleased with their work, that I have already recommended them to my neighbor who is needing to have her home done as well.Thank you Shamrock for being so AWESOME!!!. If I could give you 10 stars, you would have them.

Unfortunately, they were hired by my GC as a sub for the first time to do the complete plumbing job on our new house. I've had nothing but problems. For one they are well overpriced, and now that we need to have our refrigerator water line moved (for a fee) couple of feet to fit our kitchen design, before the drywall hanging stage. They keep ignoring our request after endless phone calls and emails. So we keep having to delay the drywall install stage.

I do not advise this company. After everything is agreed Jorge does not meet the deadline to start and does not answer any more calls. I will look for another company to do my job.
