He came out to our house right within the time frame we were told. Installed our water softener exactly where we wanted it and it looks nice! I was very impressed with his work and professionalism. He even let our three little girls watch and interacted well with them. We will definitely use Jeff's again for all of our plumbing needs.
**Update!**
We have since moved to a new house and our water heater went out. I researched plumbers and came across Jeff's. Totally forgetting we had used them in the past! I knew I chose a great company once again as soon as I realized! Tech came out, looked at our issue, told price for them to replace then came back next day to install the new water heater. I will not be forgetting Jeff's next time a plumbing need comes up! Thanks for another great service to our family Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond Plumbing!!!

Absolutely the best! I have used them a couple of times now, once for a leak under my foundation and another time for a complete garbage disposal replacement, each time they were professional, punctual, and provided great work. Was hoping to find a plumbing service that we could use in the future. While we Appreciate the prompt service we were disappointed in the price gouging. Cost was double what we had anticipated and there was no discussion in what that cost would be prior to work being done. Will not recommend or use again.

Hired A1 Service Plumbing for a routine backflow testing. The technician failed to turn the irrigation valve back on after testing and, with use traveling for two months, this killed off most of my lawn. A simple $80 testing will now cost me hundreds to repair. I also had to remind them twice to send in the paperwork to the city for testing.

Now, they won't return my calls or emails. Completely unprofessional.

Unfortunately, they were hired by my GC as a sub for the first time to do the complete plumbing job on our new house. I've had nothing but problems. For one they are well overpriced, and now that we need to have our refrigerator water line moved (for a fee) couple of feet to fit our kitchen design, before the drywall hanging stage. They keep ignoring our request after endless phone calls and emails. So we keep having to delay the drywall install stage.
