My AC randomly stopped working on an afternoon recently. Called these guys and within 2/3 hours there was a tech at my house already doing the diagnostics and repairs. We have been customers of Herrell for many years. Service is great always and prompt. This job was a huge one....trenching and replacing the 50' sewer line from the house to the street. Our crew was very professional and kept us advised of progress. They did a nice job of saving sod and cleaning up all the dirt and mud. No more sewer problems. Kudos, Herrell.

Water line broke right before big storm was rolling in. Called Grace Plumbing because had A+ BBB status. Person who answered had a tech (Ian) out here within 45 min. Repair completed before weather rolled in. Good service.

We had to call someone to help with a problem on our lift station. Granted they were quick to help but the charges were outrageous. $3500 for less than one hour work. Feel like WE are the ones who got hosed. Get a price BEFORE you let them work for you and by all means, WATCH YOUR WALLET.
