Shamrock Plumbing was great! The cable company hit our sewer line and caused major damage to our home. Shamrock was able to come out after hours and help fix the blockage and also assess the damage. They also gave us mutilple photos and a video showing the cable compaines new cable going directly through our sewer line which was much needed when dealing with the cable compaines insurance company. I highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing and/or drainage needs.

Albert (and his team) was prompt, professional and i would definitely use them again. Quality work and no hesitation on providing solutions to our problem.

Modern Plumbing has a wonderful staff. I couldn’t be happier! Kim called me right away to schedule the job and get the ball rolling. Then, Tanya followed up with me a couple of times the next morning to get a technician out to our home as soon as possible. And finally, Victor Rodriguez, the technician, came on time as scheduled and took care of everything for us. Victor was great! We assessed the situation together, and he understood right away what was needed. He was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating, and a very pleasant young man. I just wanted to share what great service I got from Ferran yesterday. I had placed an order for a new cooling system and it hasn’t come in yet. The gentleman who helped me place the order said, if anything happened to my old unit before the new unit came in call them and let them know and they would take care of it for me. ( with a couple of limitations) He couldn’t have spoken more truth! Our old air conditioner did go out on the Fourth of July and Ferran was right there to get it running again. It required a new motor and fan blades and they fixed it for me at no charge. The service guys that came out to work on it were extremely nice and extremely helpful. I’m glad I’ve chosen Ferran to install my new unit as well as reduct and insulate my attic. I highly recommend this company.

Though I didn't go forward with their repair, they were quick, professional and knowledgeable. If they would have told me on the phone how much they would charge for my standard job, they could have saved the trip out to the house. Cost was 4x's the cost of the tool to do it myself but I understand they need to make money.

No water coming into the house this morning. Called the county who came out and shut of the main so we could get it fixed. Called Pardo on recommendation. 24 hr answering service took our call and we had a call back in minutes and a truck at our house within an hour. Problem fixed at a very reasonable rate. Would definitely recommend!

Had a leak in my wall. Evan came out and took care of it very quickly and professionally. I felt confident that he was in the know from the minute we met. The are very friendly and cleaned up when they left. I hope I don’t have to call a plumber again but if I do I will call Best. They are!

Plumber came out and fixed a leak I was very worried about very quickly and efficient. Prices are very fair and they definitely know what they are doing! Highly recommend.

An absolutely horrible customer service experience, especially with Bob Howard, their business development person, who clearly doesn’t care about how his company communicates. We were told that it was $175 to come out, but that it would be included towards any repairs. When the invoice was sent, I asked Bob if that was the best price he could give me. He offered to give me a $300 discount. Great! But he didn’t bother telling me that the $175 would no longer apply towards the work. Typical bait and switch. So I was in fact getting a $125 discount. I decided to not move forward with the work because I don’t deal with dishonest people.I wound up contacting All Florida Septic. They don’t charge you to come out. Brownies had informed that to clear out our lift station they would need a vactor truck and the cost would be $1525. A different servicer told me that was overkill and I would have been ripped off at that price.I’d rather go down my self and scoop out the sludge with a spoon than deal with dishonest people like Bob Howard again.*** Adding an edit to my review since the owner decided to reply. The $175 was charge for a visit that would have been included as part of the job. The total job would have been $3550 ALL IN. Instead Bob wanted to charge me $3250 + $175 which is $3425 ALL IN. That amounts to a $125 discount. Don’t try to tell me that I was asking for $175 + $300. This is a bait and switch to confuse me into thinking I was getting a $300 discount when in fact I would have been saving $125.Also, another company came to do the cleaning today for $450 WITH a vactor truck. You wanted to charge me $1525!!!! You guys are ripping people off with price gouging.Lastly, the other company I used says they have been picking up quite a few ex-Brownie’s clients. There must be a reason this is happening.
