All of the painters were very responsive, and it was that extra effort that really made them stand out-the foreman walked us through the process after the entire job was finished, too. The results are amazing; we are all very satisfied with their workmanship. I'm so happy with their service that we will be hiring them again soon for an additional project.

I just wanted to share what great service I got from Ferran yesterday. I had placed an order for a new cooling system and it hasn’t come in yet. The gentleman who helped me place the order said, if anything happened to my old unit before the new unit came in call them and let them know and they would take care of it for me. ( with a couple of limitations) He couldn’t have spoken more truth! Our old air conditioner did go out on the Fourth of July and Ferran was right there to get it running again. It required a new motor and fan blades and they fixed it for me at no charge. The service guys that came out to work on it were extremely nice and extremely helpful. I’m glad I’ve chosen Ferran to install my new unit as well as reduct and insulate my attic. I highly recommend this company.

Over the past weekend my AC system stopped working. With the heat wave we are currently experiencing and family coming to visit I needed to make sure that our system was back up and running. I reached out to Ace Solves it All and within an hour of my call they had someone at my house fixing the issue. My Neighbor and I had problems with clogging AC drainage and I called out Frank Gay AC team to have them correct the drainage since the existing drainage contributed to ongoing clogging issues. I was concerned because a tech on Frank Gay's AC team hadn't corrected the root cause of clogs, before. Jon took the time to correct the drainage and recommend an alternative solution for pipe replacement. I am very happy with Jon'ss work and made sure Jon was the tech to complete the work.

After spending nearly $12k on a new AC, I’m disappointed in the cowling that covered the opening. I feel that the cowling install could have been better. It looks like something they forced to fit. Looks unprofessional. Otherwise, the service was good. The work and technicians were prompt.
