Contacted Kevin with Grace Plumbing after 8 pm with a pipe leak. He was very helpful over the phone and provided a fair quote. He took the time to walk us through what would need to be done and why. Water line broke right before big storm was rolling in. Called Grace Plumbing because had A+ BBB status. Person who answered had a tech (Ian) out here within 45 min. Repair completed before weather rolled in. Good service.

They sent a technician out the same day and was able to diagnose the problem. He came back with the part and before I knew it I had hot showers again. These guys were money. Best experience I have ever had with any crew. Crew of 4 completed my repipe in 6 hours, city inspector came the next morning followed by another crew to reset the holes. The people at Rainaldi did a great job. The lady who answered the phone was very professional and nice, and someone got dispatched within a couple of hours to clean out my main drain line. And Lee came out and did a great job and explained everything and was very professional and helpful. I was able to utilize a $93 sewer line clean out special.
