I just wanted to share what great service I got from Ferran yesterday. I had placed an order for a new cooling system and it hasn’t come in yet. The gentleman who helped me place the order said, if anything happened to my old unit before the new unit came in call them and let them know and they would take care of it for me. ( with a couple of limitations) He couldn’t have spoken more truth! Our old air conditioner did go out on the Fourth of July and Ferran was right there to get it running again. It required a new motor and fan blades and they fixed it for me at no charge. The service guys that came out to work on it were extremely nice and extremely helpful. I’m glad I’ve chosen Ferran to install my new unit as well as reduct and insulate my attic. I highly recommend this company.

Mark did a great job. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable in his field of work. I really appreciate this company sending their best to resolve my plumbing needs. I would recommend “Ace Solves It All” to others for sure.😁

He was very prompt, he said he’d be here at 10 and he was. He came in checked out the garbage disposal he offered me a plan that would save me money however my nephew decided not to replace it at this time. However the technician said if he changes his mind we could call and have them to come back. Overall he was a very polite kind guy. Thank you so much for your service

After spending nearly $12k on a new AC, I’m disappointed in the cowling that covered the opening. I feel that the cowling install could have been better. It looks like something they forced to fit. Looks unprofessional. Otherwise, the service was good. The work and technicians were prompt.
