I needed to get the water shut down to the house in an emergency and several other plumbing companies said that they could be there the next day , not really an option in an emergency. Reliance came out and took care of the problem in a efficient, professional manner. I would call Reliance first next time that I need a plumber.

Had a new water heater installed. Was easy to setup appointment. Calls and questions about the job and price was set up via phone. Service tech was knowledgeable, polite answered all my questions and took care of all my concerns.
Job was completed in a timely and efficient manner. Would use this company for any other plumbing services needed.

Carlos did a fantastic job clearing out a clog in my main drain line. He called when he was on his way and gave an accurate ETA. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend to anyone!

They made the problem even worse, and made us pay the full amount. They also used 2 of my clean bath towels for the leaking toilet water. We tried to contact the man who came so he could finish the job, but he did not respond, so they basically ripped us off. I would not recommend them at all!!!
