We had a drain clogged and it had been flooding the basement. Josh came out and was very professional and got it cleared out with no hitches. Great service, great price, and friendly people. We absolutely recommend Rooter-Man.

They were very punctual, which is always a huge plus for me. I also appreciate that they call before showing up. The walk through revealed a second problem that we were not aware of but also was not pressing. The prices are high, but you are definitely paying for the great service as well as parts and labor. They have a financing plan, but I think that it may be hard to qualify for. You probably have to have super great credit and a job (we thought combining my credit with my husband's income would work but it did not). Overall, I was pleased with the service and would definitely recommend them.

Called for help and repair person was at my house in 25 minutes. Very professional and explained cost then cleared problem up within about an hour. I'd call them again no question! Repair person was Ron Peterson.

Thank you Gretna Plumbing! Several employees showed up bright and early, talked through the project, then informed us they need to get some supplies. While they were gone got a call from Gretna Plumbing office telling me that they were delayed because they had to go to a couple supply houses to find what they needed and would be returning shortly. Two employees returned, they worked diligently and quietly,finishing our project quickly and just as we described. It was a very cold day and of course they had to go in and out several times always closing doors behind them keeping it warm inside. When the work was finished I was walked thru it and asked several times if it looked and was exactly what i wanted. they even offered to put salt in my softner for me.
