Is it weird to love a plumbing company... because I have so much love for the team at ProPlumb. These guys are amazing. Always on time, always honest, completely trustworthy -- I've used them for repairs + renovations for several years now and wouldn't call anyone else. >> Special Shout to Potential Female Customers... you know how it sucks to blindly call a repair person because you know they're gonna treat you like you don't know what you're talking about -- or try to pressure you into doing stuff you don't really need to do? That NEVER happens with the ProPlumb crew -- *ever*. They'll treat you with respect + talk to you like you're an actual adult human being capable of discussing the house you most likely bought on your own like a grown woman! I can't recommend them enough... these guys are just the best. Call them!!

My water heater went out so I placed a call in and they took care of me the next morning. The guys replacing it were awesome! They finished the job quickly and left the work area clean. Definitely recommend OCB!

Mike came by and looked at our issue. What we thought was a clogged drain was actually plumbing not up to standards. John and his crew came out and worked from the basement to access the main floor plumbing. They carefully cut out drywall to repair. They took the time to show me what the issues were and was able to resolve. The drains are working perfectly now. Mike was friendly, professional, and prompt. John was professional and cared about the job they were doing and kept the mess to a minimum. Our drywall repair guys stated they don't often see such careful access through the ceiling. I was able to reuse the original drywall and had it repaired with minimal effort from the drywall crew. I would highly recommend Mike and John at Micro Plumbing to my friends and family. Worst company. They collected $640 from us and were trying to collect money from the insurance company as well for the same service. Their final word was to get another company to give us an estimate after they supposedly located the broken pipe, and were going to start working.
Reported for Insurance fraud, Federal Trade Comission for this guy business practice.

Might be the easiest and nicest people you can work with. Updated two bathrooms and I needed to have somebody that could work with the tile guy. Jeff was super easy to work with when it came to scheduling. Andy did the work and did a really nice job. He is a really nice guy and honest. You cannot put a price tag on someone being upfront and honest. I have had them do other work in the past, but this was by far the most involved and they did not disappoint. The pricing seemed reasonable, too.

NFM delivered a new oven for us but was unable to complete the install. We called Sherman and they were able to come out the same day and complete the install. Went the extra mile and leveled the over and made sure it looked and worked great before leaving. They are my go to for plumbing from now on.

If I could give 0 stars I would, they agreed on repairing an item they broke while working at my house but never did so even tho I have emails from them saying they would. Would not recommend!
