Is it weird to love a plumbing company... because I have so much love for the team at ProPlumb. These guys are amazing. Always on time, always honest, completely trustworthy -- I've used them for repairs + renovations for several years now and wouldn't call anyone else. >> Special Shout to Potential Female Customers... you know how it sucks to blindly call a repair person because you know they're gonna treat you like you don't know what you're talking about -- or try to pressure you into doing stuff you don't really need to do? That NEVER happens with the ProPlumb crew -- *ever*. They'll treat you with respect + talk to you like you're an actual adult human being capable of discussing the house you most likely bought on your own like a grown woman! I can't recommend them enough... these guys are just the best. Call them!!

Had them come out to look to replace a bathtub and shower surond was told after they looked at it that they would be here by 9am on the 12th to do the job,call them at 10 to get talked down to by the person who told me the 12th that its now the 18th that its always been the 18th after i checked back with them twice. Before rearrange what we have going on.

Justin/Eyman got to my house on time today and did a fantastic job diagnosing and fixing our backed-up kitchen sink and leaking kitchen sink. He was very courteous and knowledgable. I would definitely call Eyman's again should the need arise.

We were recommended Tim by a handyman we use. He was great - he replaced our galvanized pipes and our water heater. He ended up having to be at our house from about 8 am to 11:45 PM and he was smiling the whole time! We tried offering food and drinks but he declined 😂he was very friendly and explained things to us in a way that made sense and didn’t go over our heads. We are so happy with the work he and his brother did and will definitely utilize RX Plumbing in the future.

I can't say enough obout these guys technicians. Some back round. In the past 14 months I've spent almost 3k trying to get my heater working I have two small kids and not having heat is not an option. I've had three separate company's come out to my home and not a one mentioned that my heatpumps heat strips only had half of the heat strips wired. No your heard that right they were never powered the second half of the strips brakes never was powered from the main brakes box. This tec found it in 20 minutes. I'm so pleased thank you so so much

Blaze is great. Have used him a few times and can’t say enough. He just finished a bathroom project and I couldn’t be happier. The only plumber I will use.

I had Duane from Micro Plumbing repair a toilet leak and fix a Kithcheen faucet. Duane was on time very professional and helpful. I felt the price was very good for the service. I will use them again.

Great experience with Bill! He takes the anxiety from plumbing issues and makes you feel at ease. I have never recalled exclaiming to a contractor, thats all?! when getting the bill, but did just that with Bill and Affordable Plumbing. He and his employee take their job seriously and are professionals in every sense of the word. I personally would use no one else in the Omaha area.

Owner is a genuine disappointment ( Dave ) gave him a big job on a platter. Offered a small job and cost was questionable?.. ask for disclosure.. response didn’t match response. My intuition- price gouging stay clear from this business!! No integrity!!

WAY OVERPRICED. Used my material and still charged me $400. They had a broken tool and charged me miles plus their hourly rate.

I did not choose to have Perfect Plumbing do my work. I called Perfect Plumbing for a quote to change out a toilet from a 40 year old standard to a new ADA taller toilet. I also had already purchased 2 new faucets and wanted both bathroom faucets changed. The quote I got was staggeringly high, $575.00 for toilet ( with a note stating if shut off or flange is bad cost will be more). Bid to exchange faucet $285.00 per faucet and $125.00 drain hook up. Total bid pre tax was $1395.00. I felt that bid was WAY OUT OF LINE. EACH faucet and drain quote alone was $410.00 not including the purchase price of the faucet. I passed on the quote.
I called another plumber, I bought my own toilet for $150.00 & 2 faucets @ $57.00 each. The different plumber was there for 1 1/2 hours had some additional materials and their total charge was $270.00. SO MY FULL COST OF REPAIR WAS $534.00, that is a difference of $861.00 that I saved. My suggestion is to shop around for quotes.
