An appointment was scheduled for this business to come out and replace my dishwasher. Apparently the job wasn't big enough. They didn't show up nor have the courtesy to call. I would have understood if I was told that on the phone , but to no call/no show? Really? That is very unprofessional.

Finally! A plumber that gets the job done in a cost effective manor without trying to upcharge/sell unnecessary repairs. I was beginning to think this style of business had become extinct. I have used Micro on three occasions and won't call anyone else.

Ww had a wonderful experience with this business. I messaged them on their website to request an appointment and they called me within the hour. The plumber was very professional and the repair cost for our burst pipe and spigot replacement was very reasonable. Before arriving, they texted a picture of the plumber and a little bio so we knew who was coming. I appreciate a company that is quick to respond and follows through with the appointment and work. 5 stars!!!

This is the only plumber I will ever have. Andy and his crew are by far the best. They are fair and very efficient. They know their stuff. Have used therm twice and they don't leave you hanging. Andy gets someone out asap. Can't say enough about them.

The Best Plumbing Company ever. We had a water pipe break in our home and water was flooding our basement, They were here within 30 minutes to fix the problem. Wasn't a easy fix they had to find where the water pipe was and shut it off. So very professional, friendly and made me feel better that the problem will be taken care of soon. They fixed the problem and were wonderful. They cleaned up and asked if they could help me clean out the water from my basement. What Company does that?? Jeff Mumm Plumbing does that.. I have used this service numerous times and have been impressed by services/solutions rendered! Josh is very knowledgeable and excellent people skills as well which makes a big difference. I would recommend his company to anyone without reservations!!!

They installed my water heater fine however they didn't clean up behind themselves and the next day the drain that my washer goes to is clogged. I called them to help cause there was no issue with that drain before and they wanted to charge me $140 an hour. Do not use these people. They are very unprofessional and very unhelpful
