Best Pipe Installed in Omaha NE

Our sump pump failed and we woke up to a flooded basement. I called Big Birge on the advise of my insurance agent. Such a great company. They rearranged the schedule to get out that morning since we were expecting more rain in the afternoon. Great service and great prices. So glad I found them as they are my go to for plumbing now.

They gave a quote for sewer work and after delaying me an extra week the day the service was to be performed I get a call from the technician stating that they underestimated the work and the price turned out to 2 times the original amount. Very unprofessional. Wasted a lot of my time. Never will I use their services.

I know it is a busy day with freezing temps, but I called before 6 a.m. this morning...3 hours and counting, and have not heard anything from a tech as to when we might expect help to come. -15 outside. A phone call with an ETA would be nice!It is now 4 1/2 hours, and not a word from anyone. Please at least call to let me know when you'll be here!Finally a call to give us a ETA after 5 + hours! Warranty honored. No cost, no attitude, just amazingly professional service. Water heater stopped working over night. This unit had been installed new 3 years ago by Paul. It was a complex problem. Original crew tried but ultimately referred it to Paul. Paul arrived at exactly the prearranged time, made the needed repairs and was done in under 2 hours.

Thanks so much for the quick response to replace my washer spigots! Honest plumber at a reasonable rate!!
