Is it weird to love a plumbing company... because I have so much love for the team at ProPlumb. These guys are amazing. Always on time, always honest, completely trustworthy -- I've used them for repairs + renovations for several years now and wouldn't call anyone else. >> Special Shout to Potential Female Customers... you know how it sucks to blindly call a repair person because you know they're gonna treat you like you don't know what you're talking about -- or try to pressure you into doing stuff you don't really need to do? That NEVER happens with the ProPlumb crew -- *ever*. They'll treat you with respect + talk to you like you're an actual adult human being capable of discussing the house you most likely bought on your own like a grown woman! I can't recommend them enough... these guys are just the best. Call them!!

Wonderful Company! We had Gary out to fix our disposal and he did an excellent job! He was professional, courteous, and most importantly, knowledgable. He arrived on time and let us know exactly what needed to be done. I will definitely be calling them back in the future if I need anything else.

Tankless water heater - Our old plumber does not work on tankless water heaters so we had to get a new plumber. The manufacturer (Richmond) listed Eyman as an approved plumber. Terry was our service tech. I thought the water heater would have to be replaced but he said the flame rods need cleaning and it works great now. While not a huge deal it was nice that he was clean and did not track water and mud all over the house (it was raining that day). He was nice to my cats and was careful to not let them out (later I did put them in the bedroom). I will hire Eyman again and hope they send Terry.

Our experience with All-In Plumbing was exceptional to say the least. Mike was able to come out late in the day after our sump pump stopped working. He was courteous, professional, and took the time to answer all our questions. He charged us a low hourly rate plus materials with no service fee. We would highly recommend him to all our friends and family members.

We were recommended Tim by a handyman we use. He was great - he replaced our galvanized pipes and our water heater. He ended up having to be at our house from about 8 am to 11:45 PM and he was smiling the whole time! We tried offering food and drinks but he declined 😂he was very friendly and explained things to us in a way that made sense and didn’t go over our heads. We are so happy with the work he and his brother did and will definitely utilize RX Plumbing in the future.

Our tech guy Ray is great! He provided wonderful service, came on time, professional, and communicative. He is knowledgeable and made certain that any questions we had were answered. recommend him and hope Paradise recognizes they have an outstanding employee.

An appointment was scheduled for this business to come out and replace my dishwasher. Apparently the job wasn't big enough. They didn't show up nor have the courtesy to call. I would have understood if I was told that on the phone , but to no call/no show? Really? That is very unprofessional.
