Ben came last minute to fix a valve on my water main. He charged a resonable price and was at my house with 15 minutes. We had no water in the house becuase of the broken valve and Ben had us up and running in less than 1 hour. Super nice and great service!!1

An appointment was scheduled for this business to come out and replace my dishwasher. Apparently the job wasn't big enough. They didn't show up nor have the courtesy to call. I would have understood if I was told that on the phone , but to no call/no show? Really? That is very unprofessional.

This Summer I completed a pretty big home remodeling project: my master bathroom. Luckily, I was not alone. I had Micro Plumbing handle my plumbing needs. They removed a lot of worry from me and helped really add the spit and polish to my bathroom with a new toilet and a beautiful new faucet. Quality service from beginning to end. They walked me through what they were going to do and how, they put plastic on my carpets and stairs and covered my furniture since they had to cut into my wall board and dust was going to go everywhere. They also cleaned up after they were done; wiped down the walls of all the dust, cleaned up my carpets and cleaned up my floors, all this was unexpected!!

Ww had a wonderful experience with this business. I messaged them on their website to request an appointment and they called me within the hour. The plumber was very professional and the repair cost for our burst pipe and spigot replacement was very reasonable. Before arriving, they texted a picture of the plumber and a little bio so we knew who was coming. I appreciate a company that is quick to respond and follows through with the appointment and work. 5 stars!!!

Called because my flush lever wasn't working. Fixed it and said the job was covered by a 30 day warranty. Two weeks after coming out, the lever broke in half and they came out and fixed it as they said they would. No fuss and they didn't beat their chests about how nice they were for doing it. Would highly recommend.
