I gave 1 star only because I couldn't give 0. I had a new fridge delivered and asked Roto Rooter to hook up the water line. My old fridge already had a water line, so there was already a hole in the floor and pipe, I just needed the line itself, and installation. The tech proceeded to write me a $600 estimate and said it would take over 2 hours even though holes were already pre-drilled and ready. My friends husband is a plumber, so I called him next, he came over, installed the line in 20 minutes and charged me $40. The Roto Rooter tech also chastised me for asking him a question about the old line and responded with I know what I'm doing, I'm a journeyman plumber, I've been doing this a long time.

We have used this company several times. Always prompt and professional. Our water heater broke and it couldn't be fixed. We were able to only pay half of what a new one cost. So we were able to make payments over a 6 month period. I am very grateful for this. $2400 is alot of money to have to come up with. So thank you again for helping us out!!!😊

Devin was very courteous and personable. Came in, diagnosed the issue and gave several options for repair. Installed a new garbage disposal and left our sink cleaner than how he found it!
