The technician, Dion, arrived at the expected time. He immediately went to work by checking out each of the issues, the kitchen sink and the upstairs bathroom sink. He checked the basement and floor drain as well. This house has had to have the house drain cleaned out at least annually since we bought it. He recommended that we take advantage of the pricing for the addition drains and I agreed.He reviewed his plan of attack and went forward with little or no input from me. I thought that he did a very thorough job on each of the drains. They are all running freely. He also recommended the Roto-Rootor Pipe Shield for long lasting protection for my drains and I bought that as well.We have used Roto-Rooter services for years with very few issues. Dion was very professional and explained each project to me as he addressed them. I was always in the loop. He cleaned up after himself; you couldn't tell major plumbing had been done.
