Lance and Brent showed up on time for emergency service to repair my leaking faucet as it was leaking so much water under the cabinet. They showed up on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. Very reasonably priced and took a look and repaired my dishwasher/garbage disposal because it was also leaking. I’m glad I called EDCO and would recommend to anyone for service!

I have used Rucker Mechanical for about 30 years for heat/air and plumbing. They are a wonderful family owned company who truly care about the customer. Herman’s Plumbing has completed three separate jobs on three separate occasions. The first was replacement of the kitchen garbage disposal. I provided the new disposal. Herman’s modified the plumbing to fit the new disposal. The second job was a main line sewer pipe clean out to clear a plug. The third job was replacement of my water heater. All workers were professional and courteous. For all work, quotes were given and I accepted. I provided the water heater. Herman’s performed the labor and made arrangements for city inspection. I thought the price of the water heater installation seemed high but Herman’s had the better price of three quotes and I hired them based on quality of previous work and price. The new water heater needed an electrical outlet for operation and I hired an electrician separately to complete that work. The first plumbing inspection by the city failed so I had to take off another day of work for the additional work and inspection to be completed. Herman’s completed the work needed to pass the inspection without additional cost to me. The garbage disposal and water heater have worked well since installation. I am happy with the quality of work and would hire Herman’s for additional work if needed.Update 5 July 2023 - main line clean out job. Good crew. Called business for emergency service on fourth. No answer. Called rolled over to answer service who said they had not provided service to Herman’s for years. Appears that emergency service rollover process is broke.
