Best Water Pressure Issue in Oklahoma City OK

Great customer service.

Mason came out and set up a gas line so we could have a gas cook top and an additional gas outlet for a grill on the patio.
Communication was clear and up front from initial estimate, appointment set up, confirmation, and then through to job completion.

Incredible and knowledgeable team. I had am emergency call due to a pipe bursting and they had someone out within 10 minutes helping us get everything repaired. They also helped us look at preventative maintenance in the entire 17,000 square foot building so we can minimize potential chances for other pipe bursts in the future. Thank you Plumbing Masters!!

Joe was amazing. He gave a timeframe of 9-11 and was there a few minutes before 9. gave us a quick estimate and was a real pleasure to work with. I strongly recommend there services!

Service call to clear clogged ditchen sink drain. Arranging service call went smoothly and plumbers arrived within time window. Drain cleaned (but plumber brough no clean-up supplies and used my paper towels and garbage bat to cover the power snake to carry out of the house). The days later the drain was clogged again. Call resulted in prompt return of the same serviceman who released the drain and presented a bill for the full amount.
Said drain cleaning isn't warranted. However, a selling point with this company is free estimates. Got one the first time, but nothing was said about changing for the second service call to correct unsatisfactory work.. Company owner declined to adjust bill.

Finally, cost for work a little high for this market. Okay for a good job,
but not when it has to be done twice. $240 for a drain cleaning.

Brian and Tim went above and beyond in making sure I understood the process of our bathroom drain line repair. They are prompt, courteous, and patient and made a point to answer all of my questions, even the stupid ones. I would definitely recommend these guys for your plumbing needs!

Impeccable timing! Great work and VERY, VERY CLEAN. A sharp young man by the name of Jeremy knew exactly what needed to be fixed the first time. Done. Headache gone, kitchen sink works, wife is happy and I get to sleep inside at night because I'm out of the doghouse! Best part is, it was way more cost effective because the gentleman walked me through the operation and I paid only for what was required, no more, no less. THE FIRST TIME! I absolutely recommend this company!!!!
