Replaced our water heater quickly at a good price. Work was professional and the team was very courteous throughout. Explained some of the process to help prevent future problems. When I had a question after hours they responded promptly as well. Highly recommend!

Quick response and efficient diagnosis & fix.

I had a pipe burst on an icy day. I called 10 different plumbers. All were closed because of the weather or else they just didn’t answer the phone. Roto Rooter had someone at my house within the hour and they worked until evening to fix my burst pipe. They were awesome and reasonably priced for a he job.

We had a leak from an upstairs shower dripping through a downstairs ceiling. After calling everybody we could think of and discovering they were all out, at least, several days, we called Plumb Crazy. Their reviews convinced us they were worth a try. They were the only company that could get someone out the same day. The problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired with minimal damage to our walls and ceiling. Their price was fair, and they didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. I highly recommend this company!

Joe came to fix our garbage disposal. It leaked two times after he fixed it, and he said he was busy with other things, tired, overworked, etc... He overcharged us, and when we asked him about it, he said (he was tired and this just happened and he will write us back a check with the difference). Joe stopped answering our phone calls, and blocked our phone numbers. He owe us at least $250.00. He ran away with it, claiming he is always in church. Not sure people who go to church do this. Never ever again. Zero stars. Don't waste your time. If he has the guts to say otherwise, he can at least answer our phone calls.

Good at what they do

We had an emergency and Justin Bonnell was on the job first thing Monday morning. The issues were all addressed promptly and Justin was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely call again!

They never showed up They called 7 days after I called them had to get somebody else out to do the job

I have had a couple of plumbers out for the same issue and these guys actually found a solution. My washing machine has been overflowing for months. My kitchen sink then started backing up too. They talked me through options and the process. They said that problems may reoccur with the older pipes but that we could explore other solutions should I continue to have issues.
