Used VIP Plumbing and Junior and Zack came out to the office and replaced the hot water heater and washer valves. They were very professional and gave me a quote before. I didn't pay anymore than I was quoted. They cleaned the area after they left. Cliff visited and we spoke about the care and service received from the team. Very pleased with the service and care received from the team. Gerry and Junior came out to the house and installed a Halo whole house filtration system. The care received was professional and they didn't leave until the job was completed and I was satisfied with the service. Would definitely recommend their services again.

What a great company to find! Unfortunately it is very hard to find good honest contractors and man did we hit the jackpot! They were so honest, told me the issues and gave me options to fix them. I completely trust them with all of our plumbing needs!! I hired them to install a dishwasher, garage disposal, kitchen sink faucet, re plumb under the kitchen sink, and correct leaking toilet and bathroom sink. Sooo happy to have found them! Had a leak and I broke the spigot off. Called them and they came out the next day. They did exactly what they said they would. Very professional and did very good work. For my problem it took just over an hour.

They are always very responsive and fix the problem with professionalism. They have been to my house and rentals several times.

The plumber installed a flushing kit in my toilIet. Cost of the kit is approximately $25. he was here less than an hour and the cost was $278.30. I feel I was grossly overcharged for the service.

Yesterday was my first experience using this company. A friend had recommended them and i'm so glad she did. I couldn't be more pleased with the service they provided. I called at 3:30pm and they said they would have send someone out at 5:30 (the same day). Scott was actually 15 minutes early (when does that ever happen?!?) and the nicest person ever. Scott understood what my problem was and worked quickly to fix it. The best part is they didn't charge me an arm and a leg and my faucet is actually working better than when i first moved into my brand new home. i will use Stone Creek in the future and i highly recommend them.

Red Plains Plumbing was our answer for an issue that was ongoing in our home for over a year. We have a tankless water heater and it was going in and out of hot water. After multiple plumbers and companies, these guys found out the issue and fixed the problem. On top of that, they were so professional, courteous, listened to our frustrations, and helped get us the best price possible on new equipment that was needed. Darien was so knowledgeable about our issues that others weren’t able to explain. They were able to get what we needed in a hurry and he made us a priority, which was an amazing feeling for a family of 6. They even stuck around longer than usual after the job was completed to make sure we had all our questions answered and everything was working properly. Such the best customer service!
