Recently my husband and I had our heater routinely serviced through Terry's and they sent out a gentleman named Kirby. We can't say enough good things about the excellent service we received from Kirby. He very professionally and very thoroughly checked our heater system and serviced it, but also checked our water heater and answered questions my husband had about it. In this day and age of everyone being in a hurry, Kirby gave attention to detail, and it was obvious he knows the value of a job well done. We hope we'll see Kirby again the next time our service is due!

Jennifer and Silver were phenomenal! They showed up with great attitudes even though it was super late. Jennifer was able to quickly identify the problem and solve it. Silver was able to give me ample information on my system and how best to maintain it. I can’t say enough good things about my experience.
