Called Robbie for what we thought was a slab leak...he came out faster than anyone else could and it turns out it was a clogged condensate line....he’s fast, reasonably priced, honest with his assessment and fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes and was more than pleasant about it. He’s the ONLY guy we will EVER call for our plumbing work.

Recently had a new encounter with this company. They tried to charge a service fee of $65 and ultimately ended up quoting $475 to run a snake. That and the service fee weren’t paid and a phone call from the boss was requested. When he called he used the words q*eer and *itch and that we were going to get ours. After the incident they lied and said we were told 3 times about the service fee which is false. They have all this good stuff about how great they are on Facebook and it’s all a scam. They have a Better Business Bureau Score of an F. Stay away from this business. This is one of the bad ones!

Great service from one of the most personable and honest people I have ever used. They got me out of a real pinch in a timely fashion. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I had a shop sink installed in my art room. He was a pretty cool dude, didn’t mess around, did the job and did it well. And my dog liked him too.

The guy did not care that the ac they put in still made my house 86 degrees worse company ever on top of that the guy Jerry was unprofessional and did not want to stand on his work.

Technician CJ was fast, efficient, arrived in time and left no mess behind. This is the 3rd or 4th time we have used Lakeshore Plumbing and have never had anything but good things to report. Highly recommend.

Called cause I need a plumber after hours and was told that, because it's after hours, they charge $500 an hour. Unbelievable!! Of course, I decided to look for another plumber.

Immediate response to my emergency - Anthony Barrett immediately determined my blockage / flood was a city issue. He contacted the sanitation department and stayed until the blockage was cleared and documented. Great service and super nice!

Joe did a great job! He was clear on what needed to be done and what the job entailed. He gave me an estimate, which was very close to the actual invoice. He tackled a very difficult job of adding a gas line under a very old home. He never gave up when problems arose and got the job done expertly! I got an invoice detailing what he did - both parts and labor. I will use Joe again.

Just wanted to share, we had an issue with our Rinnai Tankless Water Heater. We have had an absolute terrible experience with a plumber who botched the repair so badly we had to install a new unit. Thankfully a neighbor suggested Red Plains Plumbing. Kasi really came in and saved the day for us and we now have hot water again (THANK YOU JESUS). He has been nothing but professional with superior customer service. He contacted the Rinnai Rep who will be looking at our botched system and helping us handle the situation with the first plumber. He did an amazing job cleaning up someone else’s mess. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
