I needed semi-emergent services due to broken shower fixture that would not turn off. They advertise 24/7 hours but said they had no one available until the next day.

The women who answer the phones are annoyingly rude and have no hospitality dealing with new interested customers. They take their frustration out on new customers and have no interest in explaining the services this company has to offer without having a nasty attitude. They came across as very impatient and not understanding leaving us uninformed. They left my husband and I frustrated and confused in the process. We are no longer interested in giving this place any business and will be sure to let others know .

Office lady was extremely helpful and understanding of my situation and after a brief hold she was able to send the plumbers my way. I found the plumbers to be very knowledgeable. I was also glad to find it was a family business! Thank you very much!!!!!
