I can't say enough good things about this service. Robert and Brent were prompt, courteous, and did outstanding work installing my water softener. They started late, but did not charge me extra for the late hours and they were committed to finishing the project on the first visit so I would not be without water while waiting for the installation to be finished. I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and will do in the future.

We have had several other people come out and tell us, that we need to replace the whole unit and nothing else could be done. Well, Logan Gregory came out and was able to actually help us out, had no issues and pricing was not bad either. it was a simple fix! We need better mechanics like Logan out here!

After getting the run-around from another local plumber we have used in the past, we decided to call Hull and are very happy that we did. I spoke with Jennifer, who helped get Connor dispatched out to help us in less than 30 minutes. After waiting a week on the other plumber, Hull helped get our issue resolved in about 2 hours overall. Long story short, Tipton's was the only company that found the true root of our plumbing issue. We originally had a different company snake our main sewer line after it backed up, but that barely solved the issue for a day before it backed up again. When that company was unable to return until days later (leaving us without plumbing), we called Tipton's. Based on the issues we were having, they were convinced there was a broken 90-degree connector between our main line and the city line. They even went so far as to snake the line again and send down a camera to confirm before digging up our yard.
They had the work done in a very timely manner, and they even found our cleanout line in our back yard.
We were not in a position to shop around, so I can't speak much to how their prices may compare to other companies, but we are very happy with the work they did. And in the end, they probably saved us more needless costs since they actually fixed the problem instead of just snaking our line again. We will definitely call them with any future plumbing needs.

I have lived in my house about 3 years and have dealt with a very slow draining shower that recently completely clogged. After Robert got through clearing it with his equipment I have never seen it drain this good before. Totally worth it!

Shane is fairly priced and punctual when he does work for you. We've had him out several times for toilet and pedestal sink installation, sewer line replacement, and various drainage repairs. Same day service was always completed and the work was well done. He is nice and friendly as well. Highly recommended.
