Installed a new disposal for me . My old disposal was leaking and fortunately a bucket under the sink caught most of the water before I discovered it. Plumbers did a really good job on the install. I had them repair a running toilet while they were here as well. 5 stars!

We were not aware of the danger lurking in our home with 5 separate gas leaks. My elderly mom and sister are home bound and just got use to the smell from there slow leak After several visits I called Bailey Bros, and they responded quickly, explained the seriousness of the problem, took care of it promptly and showed concern for the family. Sadly we are so use to seeing negative ratings, and bad service but not here, even the office staff was very helpful. Enjoyed dealing with Bailey Bros !!

John and Peter just left after quickly fixing our garbage disposal and toilet. My husband had another plumber out to fix our garbage disposal and he quoted us for over $600 and said we needed a new disposal. However, John and Peter quickly found out there was a metal lid in our disposal and that was the problem. They showed me how to fix this on my own in the future. We did not need a new disposal. Joe was great. This may not be the case every time, but they fit me in the schedule SAME day for a slot that was about 4 hours after I contacted. Next thing you know, they jumped me two slots and Joe is here within an hour and a half! I had a cracked almost 12 year old dinky water heater FULL of sediment leaking water everywhere and Joe diagnosed, informed, and worked every minute clearly and quickly. He didn't waste my time or his and didn't upsell or insult my intelligence. He even tried to shop around for a water heater they didn't carry that we were interested in. We ended up going with his suggestion and within four hours of me calling, the old tank was out, our pipes and valves for hot and cold were replaced and brought to code, and the new heater installed. Insanely fast and professional. Will definitely use again!

They sent a drunk to work on our church property! He argued with me that he couldn’t fix our sewer because the gate to the church was locked. There is no locked gate at our church! I was standing out front while he kept driving by! I finally stood in the street. The lady on the phone was very defensive simply because I asked her to explain the bill that was sent to us. They charged us for 60 feet and only used 35 feet of line. That’s fine if they feel comfortable in stealing from a church they will never get this chance with us again! We were going to use them to fix the problem. They called and said they didn’t want to do the repair! Gave us a person that they said would do it. WE WAITED TWO DAYS FOR HIM! HE NEVER SHOWED UP! Even after saying he would! MAYBE HE WAS HANGING OUT WITH THE DRUNK THAT WAS RIDING UP AND DOWN THE STREET! IF IT WAS NOT FOR THE COMMUNITY THAT YOUR BUSINESS IS IN SUPPORTING YOU FOR ALL OF YOUR YEARS OF OPERATION YOU WOULD NEVER HAVE SURVIVED THIS LONG! WE DESERVE BETTER
