The only reason I’m giving this a “1 Star” review, is because zero isn't an option. I had Edmond Rooter our to fix a backup under my washing machine and half bath that was across the hall. They did respond the next day and the plumbers were friendly, but that’s where the compliments stop. They were here for about 2 hours (maybe a bit more or less) and my bill was over $500. That was no parts, all labor for running the snake machine. I felt like that was expensive, but I only cared about having the issue fixed, so I said nothing. After about 3 1/2 weeks, I called back because I had the EXACT same problem again. I was put on hold for 15 minutes so the call taker could consult with a plumber and the only solution offered to me was to pay $350 for them to run the large machine and another $250 for them to run a machine with a camera head on it. They had the audacity to ask me for another $600 total so they could “start diagnosing the problem.” I asked them if there was any warranty on their work and I was informed that I had surpassed the laughable “ONE WEEK” warranty. I used this company because they were locally owned and operated and I thought that counted for something. Apparently they only care about the money. Next time I’ll just call Roto Rooter.

I called this company regarding my pipe leak unable to use my water. I was in a panic and I spoke with Fernando at OK Slab Leak informed him that I’ve called around and all appointments were at least a week out. I highly recommend these plumbers. Terrific customer service, quick work, and reasonable cost. I called with an emergency on a Saturday night, and they got to my apt in 10 minutes. The owner and his adult son, also a plumber, resolved my issue in five minutes. They were very respectful, professional, and clean. I appreciate that he explained the problem and described what he had to do to fix it. Very reasonably priced.

They repiped my hole house and put in a water heater, plus cleaned my drains. Great job on all it. I definitely recommend these guys to anyone. They are the best in town!

Hull Plumbing came out after hours and fixed our plumbing emergency quickly and professionally. They were here within an hour of our call for help, what an amazing turn around time! The house is old and had been remodeled strangely with the added bathroom so they had to really trouble shoot to figure out how to get to the blockage. We are so happy that they were able to fix everything without having to tear things apart. I would recommend them to anyone.

Mr. McGee fixed a broken ring that holds the toilet to the floor. He did an excellent job. He was fast, kept bathroom clean, did an excellent job. I would recommend him for all your plumbing problems. McGee plumbing is my go to guy for plumbing problems, large or small.

I recently had an issue with my toilet tank not filling with water correctly and then emptying the tank and it was really starting to bother me. I'm glad I called Butler Plumbing. Josh came in quick to fix it. He recognized the issue right away and was able to quickly replace the worn-out flapper in the water tank. The service was efficient, reliable, and cost-effective - much better than the services I have received from other companies in the past.

We had Todd come out after a bad customer service experience with a different company didn’t follow up well on a potential issue. Todd was kind and explained well what had happened and though there wasn’t any issue to fix, he did his due diligence to make sure there weren’t any other issues. He took extra time to educate us and help us understand. He takes his time, he is thorough, and provides excellent customer service. They also are very affordable compared to the previous service provider. I highly recommend them.
