I have used this company in the past with mixed experiences. I have referred them to friends who have been disappointed. I recently used them and they left an easy job unfinished for over a week. When I called to complain and find out when they were planning on coming back the owner responded with rudeness and was unapologetic. I would not recommend this company. If you have an problem it will not get resolved in a professional manner and may not get resolved at all.

I would not recommend this company. Yeah they are cheaper but unreliable and unprofessional. Don't go with this company.

I had them come out today. To unclog my toilet that was pretty much unlogged already. They put the the snake or unclogged in the tolet and didn't even have to use it it started working on it's on. Then she said it's already unlcoged but they still charged me $ 120 just for coming out. I wouldn't recommend them for simple jobs. Way over priced for the work that was done. I will not be back.

We were assigned this company through our home warranty. Their guy came out did nothing but looked at our leaking shower and took some pictures. He said they would have to order a part and be back. Then told our home warranty that because ONG knicked our water line it was causing the leak. We ended up convincing the home warranty that they were making up excuses to not do the work. They sent another plumbing company today who fixed the issue with no additional parts and agreed that our water line being knocked had nothing to do with the shower leaking. If I would have called them myself to come out and paid them directly I would be contacting them for a refund of the service call. I would not recommend thiscompany!
